Acceptable service and advice on when to proceed to departure gates. There are better lounges at other international airports (eg, Hong Kong) but there are also a lot worse.“

“We had my son’s bar mitzvah at Vienna and it was the most wonderful experience from beginning to end. Matt, Chris, Dina and their entire staff made this feel effortless and when the day came, we were guests at our own party. “What an amazing place. The view from the deck is amazing. Away from neighbors so noise is never an issue. Party room is amazing and is updated almost yearly. The bar just feels like home and is very comfortable. The docks are all new and the slips are beautifully done. They have invested a lot of money to keep the club updated and at a level not seen in on Long Island for a yacht club. They also have great food every week at the restaurant as well. Really nice people. Its a place that you just never want to leave. They make new comers feel very welcome. .“

“First time visited. The food, service and ambiance were great. They have roof top dining which is what we did and the customer service was amazing. My drink was delicious, the food came quick and was hot and music was good also. The only thing I didn’t like was the smoking because I’m not a smoker but I guess that’s what the roof is for. Over all I liked it.“

We were greeted by Jacob (he had a butterfly brooch on) and he made us feel so welcome! I can’t say this experience is true for many lounges which allow self checkin nowadays. He was so warm and showed us all that the lounge had to offer and truly made this stay so comfortable (even if only for a short period of time). “Awesome bar !! Came here before the Hayley Williams concerts and had some deelish gin and tonics and some Mac and cheese bites. I left my card behind!! Bartender Brandon kept it safe for me and greeted me like an old friend when I came back to get it. Awesome bar and even better staff, excited to come pack and shoot some pool“
