“went their last night love the place good stuff, but my bill was 14.93 which is usual for two yogurt i handed the girl a 20 dollar bill she said we have no change i said what she said you Will you have to use your credit card? with a little bit of a snippy attitude, I said what if I didn’t have a credit card then what and she just gave me a look I said why don’t you go into ShopRite or into another store or send somebody to get changed then she gave me another look I said OK I will use my credit card, but she had quite an attitude would i go again yessssss“

“The first time here is the best in Staten Island. Lines to buy the icee's. You can eat the icee made with water or milk. I recommend the maracuya, coconut, cherry, and strawberry, all made with real fruit and have pieces of fruit in it. People from other places come to buy in pint sizes to take home. I wish I lived there. I would have bought several pints, but I was visiting.“

“This isn't the first time I went to Ralph's. It was in the summer right after I came from Jimmy Max With a bunch of People. 70 degrees, perfect weather and a good time to have a Frozen treat.??? Last time I had coconut flavored Italian ice, this time I had pina colada cream ice. In this location is like a little plaza and it had a spot which showed a whole menu. They even had ice cream, smoothies, cream iced and many more. I looked in the window where they prep the ice cream and it smelled like fun. ? I think I might want to come back some more flavors to try out.???“

As soon as I walked in, the employees greeted me with a smile and told me if I had any questions I could ask them. The staff is made up of high school and college students that were extremely nice. In the many times I visited Ralphs this year, I was greeted by a worker named Bill on multiple occasions. Bill, always wearing his green Yankee baseball cap, was very helpful and outgoing and would usually give me the weekly breakdown on the yankees season which I quickly started to look foward to on my trips to Ralphs. I loved the choices of protein and salad mixes... however- although I ordered 3 proteins, the salmon, shrimp n Ahi tuna; I wasn’t crazy about the Ahi tuna. It had no taste and the texture was spongy- my choice of the sesame dressing left the salad very wet and soggy by the time I got it home! I suggest eating there or ask for the dressing on the side!!! Bubble Tea’s & ice cream flavors were AWSOME!!! I highly recommend...“

“Before walking into carvel, I had hurt my finger and was in need of a bandaid. I ended up asking the worker and he looked very concerned for me. He ended up taking out a first aid kit and put the bandaid on me with a healing jelly thingy. He didn’t have too, but he did. I think that shows how much he cares about his customers. The sundae was 10/10 as well! 🍨😋“

“We don't have too many froyo spots on the island. This place is close, convenient and usually not too busy. The froyo, is refreshing and the toppings are fresh. I recommend the nutella/peanut butter froyo with pretzels and recess pieces!“

“Shake Shack is located in an outdoor mall that has lots of vacant shops. Air conditioning was nice on a hot day. Their fries are very yummy, had a hamburger and a lemonade too. All good. Food took a while to come out but we had the time to wait.“

“I always get great service at this carvel have a couple of young kids who go to college and work there and they are very well trained and very kind ...and the place was spotless very very clean..it is nothing like the other carvel on Amboy road across from stop and shop now that store is disgusting very dirty even the people are dirty as can be...and 1 last thing that disgusted me they don't have a working cash register they give you change from dirty taped on cups that look like they have been there for years and after the give out the change to the customer right away they scream out next in line and person didn't even wash there hands after reaching in that filthy cup of dirty change ?????“
