I recently dined at Izakaya Nana, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance is cozy and refined, giving off an authentic Japanese vibe. Every dish was a masterpiece, but the standout for me was the tornado omelet fried rice. The fluffy, swirling omelet draped over perfectly seasoned fried rice was both a visual treat and incredibly flavorful. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and delicately prepared, and the ramen was rich and satisfying. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations. A bit pricier, but absolutely worth it for the quality and unique experience. Highly recommend for a taste of Japan—don’t miss the tornado omelet!“

“Ginza Don in the Golden Mall Food Court, Flushing, Queens, offers an astonishing dining experience with its donburi rice bowls topped with a variety of proteins like beef, rib eye, steak, and eel, all cooked right in front of you. Watching the food being prepared adds a unique touch to the meal. Their new appetizers, like the mozzarella cheese sausage and crunchy karaage fried chicken, are absolutely delicious. This spot is a must-try, and I'll definitely be back to sample more of their donburi offerings!“

Ive had my eye on Yoho ever since they opened I really wanted to try! finally last night was my chance to try it for dinner and they did not disappoint!!! everything was cooked to perfection and the food came in a reasonable time. They included all utensils and chopsticks, which I loved because it makes it easier to just chow down! The website is also very easy to order on and I really enjoyed my experience with Yoho! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will definitely order again!“

“New kid on the block . Food is fresh but lacks taste . Presentation is excellent but need a little upbeat. We arrived without reservation at 8pm and They told us all seats are booked for 9 . We insisted and got seat and left at 830 way before next group arrived.

“It was a wonderful experience , considering it is my first time. We had to wait a few minutes to get our table for 4 but that’s okay! The employees were super nice and went out of their way to pull and extra table for us. I loved the authentic atmosphere. The lighting, decor, and the overall feeling of the restaurant was great! And amazing food. My family loved what we ordered and the matcha cheesecake for dessert was so good! Compliments to the chef! “We went there for Dinner after a golf game. I picked this restaurant because it has good reviews on google. It turns out a good choice. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with cozy lighting and modern decor that created a relaxing mood. The staff are very friendly and attentive. “I'd recommend this place ... sort of. We chose to sit on the dining side since it was only two of us and didn't want the "show". The service was friendly and good but not overly attentive. Our drinks were very good and a fair price (we had the Oceanside Zombie but without the Sprite added). We both ordered the hibachi surf and turf (lobster and filet mignon) which came with a house salad and clear soup, both of which we really enjoyed. The filet was tasty but the pieces were cut very unevenly so some pieces were medium rare and others were close to well done. The lobster tail was very small and too salty. I would not order it again. I was completely disappointed that the veggies were drowning in teriyaki sauce. There was no indication on the menu that they are served in sauce. I typically love hibachi vegetables but I hate teriyaki sauce! They reminded me more of Chinese takeout vegetables than Japanese hibachi. The fried rice was good but not the best. It came with lots of peas and I hate peas. Another disappointment but not a surprise was they don't offer hibachi mustard sauce. Like so many other places these days they offer yum yum sauce instead which we refused because, yuck yuck. They offered us some ice cream on the house (I think because the server knew I was very disappointed about the teriyaki sauce). It came to the table in little plastic cafeteria style cups with the pull back paper top. LOL. I'm glad it did though because the top listed the ingredients and let's just say, we immediately sent the ice cream back. All in all, not the greatest hibachi experience but also not the worst. I would maybe go back for drinks and try some other menu items ... and hold the teriyaki sauce!“

“There is a menu up at the very front of the store which I liked because I enjoy reading through the menu without being rushed to order. Then you walk up and tell the cashier what you want and you get your food within 10 minutes which is steaming hot. The portion sizes are larger than other spots I’ve tried and the food is delicious especially with the sauce they add on top. The fried rice was a bit underwhelming but the browning on the chicken more than makes up for it. Great spot if you’re looking for a quick lunch that will fill you up and warm you up.“

“I've had take out from Kuryu a few times and originally i was like, "yikes, portions are small!" however, after adjusting my expectations about the quantity, i've come to appreciate the quality of the raw seafood they serve. Tbh, i won't eat anything raw anymore unless it's truly fresh and hopefully chemical and preservative free, which is hard to find these days.
I've had their omakase which was amazing - the uni was succulent and sweet! Spicy tuna rolls are usually what I order so the lunch special spicy roll combo is my goto. It's a better deal since 2 of the individual rolls are approximately equivalent in price to the 3 spicy roll combo. If you love crab like i do, the upgraded Kuryu california roll is topped with real delicious crab. Anytime I feel a hankering for raw sushi, this is where i'm going. I do find Kuryu's hours are rather inconvenient and they do book up for dining in (which doesn't bother me as their ambiance is meh)“

Hibachi here is definitely on point, I'm surprised it took me so long to check it out after getting recommendations from my coworkers. It goes without saying, I'll definitely be back and I'd recommend ordering your food online and going to pick it up to minimize wait times, especially since parking around there isn't really abundant.“
