“Loves veggie patties but unfortunately they dont so it anymore along with the mac and cheese balls. Was very disappointed to find that. Waiter took a long time to get bacn to us because we were seated outside but the restaurant was empty so i dont see how it could have been that hard to keep an eye on us. The food was great tho so no complains there.“

“horrible experience. went before we saw vic dibitetto at staller center and they offered us 20% off our bill because of the show. made a reservation online and we were seatly pretty quickly but it pretty much went downhill from there. they had one waitress and she was overwhelmed. food took an hour and was cold by the time we got it. lesson learned and we wont be going again.“

“I have to write this review because everyone is quick to make a bad review but seldom give credit for the GOOD when it's due! I made an impromptu stop for my two year old who was cranky and hungry. My hands were full with him and an extremely thoughtful manager went out of his way to give him a kids toy and my son was so happy. I'm literally in awe as I feel this is rare and I truly appreciated his kind gesture. Also want to add that the food was hot, the restaurant area spotless and the staff was extremely friendly and prompt. Whoever runs this location should be proud of their employees. Thank you for making this busy mom's pit stop a pleasant experience.“

“I was greeted by the most pleasant, professional young lady named Ayanna. She immediately brought us to the table of our choice and then inform us that she would also be our server. She did not leave until she informed us of menu options that she thought we might be interested in and asked us if there was anything that we needed right away. When I told her to give us a little bit of time, she pleasantly agreed and did hesitate to frequently check on us to see if she could meet our needs. I ordered a cocktail for myself and a drink for my son, who accompanied me, and we placed our dinner order. Our food was served promptly and it was hot and delicious. Throughout dinner, she checked on us frequently to ensure we had everything that we needed. She also made pleasant conversation which I greatly appreciated as this was my first time at an Applebee’s location. She has gained you a customer for life. The food and the atmosphere was wonderful, but Ayanna definitely may be experience worthwhile.“

Every time I go here, no matter what time of day the staff is always extremely friendly and put out the food quick too. You also have to try the fries !“

“When ordering takeout, it’s hit or miss with the burger temperature. We order medium rare every time and sometimes it’s perfect, sometimes overcooked and sometimes undercooked. Seems like they need a better system for cooking to be more consistent.“

“My family and I went to IHOP this weekend very early in the morning. We had the absolute pleasure of having a server named David A. He was absolutely phenomenal. He was by far the best waiter I’ve had in a very long time especially at IHOP. He was kind helpful and truly gave us an incredible experience. I’ve been to a lot of places and I truly very rarely leave reviews and I could not help but review him myself. He truly deserves to be taken care of by the IHOP corporation. “My husband & I were at the Smithtown Historical Grounds for a craft fair on 6/7/21. We ordered the typical chicken fingers with fries & bbq sauce on the side. Well, this was anything but typical! The food was delicious but the bbq sauce was unique & incredible and left me wanting more….no NEEDING more!
