My mom loves the food there but when I realized they didn't add our meal to the rewards account, they were beyond rude. Told me they weren't trained how to do that and because they are not part of corporate they could not help me.
The manager, or a woman claiming to be a manager, would not take a message for the owner. "I don't think I am allowed to do that." Not allowed to take a message? Then she denied saying.

My daughter, granddaughter and I went there for an early dinner. Our server Joanne and the food made our experience really nice. Thank you very much.
We had the nicest server!! She was quick and got our order correct. We were only there for dessert. I love Friendlys sundaes!!
