“It is our first time to try Umi Ramen and I was impressed. We had the Tan Tan and Spicy miso with pork. It was flavorful and delicious! “Celiac safe. But really specify as soy sauce has gluten. The owner is usually there and can tell you with certainty what does and doesn’t have gluten.

I usually do the miso ramen with rice noodle, hot ginger honey tea. Depending on the evening a roll or two of sushi for the road, with gluten free tamari of course.“

“Went in with no expectations, came out a total fan. The atmosphere is very warm, and the food was incredible. My favorite was the salmon, they were prepped with the texture in mind, giving them a soft chew every bite. If you want high quality sushi, you might want to give this place a try.“
