“Only good Chinese rest within reasonable distance from our home. Gas prices are so high and delivery charges are not worth it. We stick with Yummys. I'm very picky with my egg drop soup and so far 5 ppl in the county are actually descent.“

“The place was very accommodating to our group. They were extremely friendly. Food was AMAZING. My son said it tasted better than restaurants in Japan he’s visited. Prices were very reasonable. Despite the fact that I hate brown rice, their brown rice was very delicious. I will go back regularly. Thank you for a great service.“

“New City Sushi is a small tradition style Sushi bar/restaurant with an inviting atmosphere and service. A family run establishment with a single sushi chef that shows dedication in the meals he creates. Passing through the area I stopped in and requested an Omakase at the bar and was given a wonderful experience! The multi course Omakase featured some unique dishes such as Chuka Idako, fried Shishamo, Madai, Hotategai, Chutoro, Maine Uni and Chawanmushi. Overall this was a pleasant experience with a good atmosphere and tradition dishes you may not find at your typical sushi restaurant 6.7/10.“

“Pizza Land is honestly one of those rare spots that does everything right. The pizza is always amazing, but the real surprise is the sushi. Easily some of the best sushi in town. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, clean, and high quality every single time. Never feels old or sitting around, it’s consistently perfect. If you go there for pizza and skip the sushi, you’re missing out. Definitely worth trying.“

“My wife and her daughter love this restaurant and I can say I certainly cannot blame them. I've only been there a few times but it is one of the best I've been to. I had the Tuna Spicy Naruto (just like the anime) and is was delicious. And if you are celebrating, I recommend the Sake Bomb“

“My favorite lunch place: Never a week goes by without my visiting the Rella Café. Love the soups, the fish, and the service. Last week was a special delight to meet my old friend Judge Sam Coleman and his wife who were up visiting from Boca where they have retired. Sam loved the food too. Suggestion: It would be a great place to go on Motzei Shabbosim now that the clocks have changed.“

“We have been coming here for years, and Jimmy and Andy always treat us like family! We drive from Orange County and are never disappointed. The sushi is amazing, among my favorites are the Mango Tango roll, Tiger roll, Tri Color roll and Tuna Amazing! The appetizers are small enough portions to try everything without waste!! It’s All You Can Eat, so easy to order more of what you like! But perfect sized appetizers so you don’t fill up before the sushi arrives! The sushi is always fresh and plentiful and the staff’s attention to details is unmatched. When the owners truly care about their customers, it shows and is appreciated! I have sent at least 20 friends to their restaurant who are now loyal customers on their own!! Thank you AJ’s for going above and beyond!“

“Absolutely incredible experience at Mizu Hibachi in New City! From the moment we sat down, everything was top tier. Waiter Han and Chef Lou worked so seamlessly together—it honestly elevated the entire evening. Han was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, while Chef Lou brought amazing energy, skill, and flavor to the table.
The food was outstanding—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily the best hibachi I’ve ever had. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. And I have to mention the Asian pear martini… it was next level and a must-try!

“I've been going here for years & the food is great & fairly priced. They have a great maki lunch meal with soup/salad & 3 rollls for a decent price. Their bento box is great! You gey to choose 2 meats plus a roll, shumai, rice & tempura veggies and soup & salad. Very good. Even better they a stamp card & you get stamps for every $25 you spend. Once card had has 10 stamps you get a $25 gift card to apply to your next visit. Honestly, lovely staff & calm environment. So glad its a neighborhood staple.“

“The all you can eat is my fave. I'm a fan of Sushi. Other options are avaliable for non-sushi folks like my mom. She enjoyed the Seafood Soup (Udon) Cool, polite staff. Slightly dated decor. But, who cares. The food is delish!!! Mushroom 🍄 soup is a great starter. Footnote: not a big deal. But please fix the light on your outdoor sign.“
