“I brought my son for lunch yesterday, the service was fast and friendly. I love the old fashioned diner vibe, complimentary peanuts you can scoop for your table at the entrance. The wait time was minimal, as I attempted to use the modern digital soda machine. My son had big cheeseburger, I had Lil cheeseburger, the difference being Big has two patties Lil has one. We split Lil fries which were not so Lil, more than plenty for two possibly more! I like how you can choose toppings upon ordering and customize your burger. My son had a Vanilla Shake that he enjoyed as well. A little pricey but worth the extra cash for the step up from fast food meal!“

“I came through the drive thru close to the time they were closing. I had special requests. Krista was extremely friendly. The customer service at this location was fantastic. The food was also hot and fresh. I was quite surprised for it being 20 minutes to closing.“

And want to make you happy. 0 For the fact that Arbys corporate has ruled that the customer has no say in what is served. I went in to get my husband and myself something to eat. Found out they can no longer serve home style fries. All they can have now is those horrible spicy fries. Left and went next door too Wendy's. Prefer Arbys but not without the home style fries“

“We had all the poppy seeds to ourselves hehe. There was no one there except one person who took something to go. The food is good, the original poppy seed is almost as tasty as the one in Poland ??. I really didn't like the taste of cola, but that was because of the water. You could pour it from bottles because the taste is really weak. Inside Makowo and clean. Nice service“

“I got the fish sandwich combo. I wanted more lettuce on the fish and a lady (brown hair, didn't get name) came out from behind the counter and saw I needed something and asked me. She brought me back a bunch of lettuce! Now that's super customer service!!! Great staff AND food at this location.“

“We've come here a few times and we love the food. Usually there's no problem, but there was one time they ran out of bread during peak time. One of our little's was sad she couldn't have her sub that she was craving, and they told her that they would soon have a bread delivery if we waited. We decided to wait, eat our own food in the meantime, and when we went to get her sub, they refused our payment and said the sub is on them! They also gave her a cookie! I think this was a great show of customer service during a situation they couldn't control.“
