They have catered kiddushin and a wedding for us and we were always greatly satisfied. “My husband and I had breakfast here today and had a wonderful experience. The place was full of locals and the employees knew people by name and even joked with them. When we walked in there was only a big table in the back so we just sat at the counter. My husband and I both ordered the 2 eggs with potatoes, toast and sausage. He ordered the sausage patty while I got the links. Everything was tasty. The iced tea seemed very popular as it's homemade. I never ran out of coffee. A huge factor was the staff at the Westchester Manor and how incredible they were. From the beginning of the planning process until the big day, John Gresia and his team made the process of wedding planning a breeze. John had recommendations for local vendors, in which we used his vendor John for the photobooth, and we cannot say enough good things! Aside from being a beautiful, local venue, the food and attention to detail were excellent. My husband and I had our reception at the Westchester Manor on November 11th, 2023 and it exceeded our expectations in every way! We received positive feedback from all our friends and family, which made it all the more worth it. Our guests to this day are still complimenting us on the service and the food served from cocktail hour, through dinner and dessert. We were impressed by the pre-event coordination and care shared to ensure a good plan. Renee's hired staff was professional and made our guests comfortable with their food and beverage services. “Mrs. Bae and her team at Garden kitchen are the absolute best around. My wife and I stop by the store every chance we get to pick up their delicious food to-go. Some of our favorites are their yubuchobap, spicy pork, braised beef short ribs, and all of their soups/stews.

Having grown up in Korea, I knew that I wanted Korean food that reminded me of home for my wedding, and boy did they deliver. Mrs. Bae drafted up a menu of Garden Kitchen is unique in that they not only have incredibly delicious food, but also a team of deeply caring staff. They took such great care of us and went above and beyond to make our wedding special.

“Excellent take out home cooked meal style food. I love and buy the salmon piece which is huge and is $8. I also get chicken cutlets for the kids. The cabbage and side items also look good but I just add at home a side and the meal is done. Also the coffee is my favorite in the neighborhood. Muffins melt in my mouth particularly the corn and chocolate chip. They should have more chocolate chip or maybe not bc I would buy and eat it more. There food is great home cooked style for a FAIR price. I’m so glad they are in my neighborhood.“

“I found them online. When I called I spoke with Andrew the owner. He immediately put my mind at ease was willing to work with everything that I had wanted to, even took the time to stay on the phone with me while we were both online checking out pictures of different platters and different options to have. I threw myself a surprise 50th birthday party, and I wanted to have something different besides the normal Italian buffet. What I want to show you is absolutely spectacular, and as beautiful as it looks it doesn't compare to the taste. They were so professional brought in these beautiful heavy metal platters with serving spoons, tongues, and they also brought chopsticks soy sauce and a spicy male sriracha. I ordered a Kani salad and a Seaweed salad to go along with the different platter that I wanted. It was truly an amazing experience. Don't sleep on the opportunity to hire them to cater your next event. Mine was about a hundred people, and again I had other food but this was definitely the star of the show.“

We were treated like family the minute we walked through the door and Les & Marty made all our dreams come true, like two proud Jewish uncles!! “Ordered via TooGood2Go for a mystery bag for a 1 PM pickup. I got there a little early but they were nice enough to give me my bag. For $5.99, I ended up with a dozen assorted bagels. They gave me a good mix in there too, and the bagels were fresh from that morning. I could tell because I ripped into a piece in the car and it was still soft. There was everything, salt, plain, whole wheat, sesame, cinnamon raisin, and blueberry. This actually put me on to blueberry bagels because that's not something I would have ordered before. I froze most of them and a pop in the toaster oven makes it almost as good as new.

Lately, since the pandemic hit, Rich's creativity hit a whole new level. The theme meals have been off the charts. Delicious, every detail perfect, everything labeled flowers for garnish, signature drink, easy cooking instructions. We had the Happy Hour theme for our appetizers for Thanksgiving and Christmas . Amazing and different. In the summer , we had a different "kit" delivered every Friday, totally gave us something to look forward to in this uncertain world.
