“My wife and I were there for a political function combo meeting and Christmas luncheon. This establishment is super clean, bright, and cozy. The food and wine were delicious. I had chicken parm. Was fantastic. Was batted down thin and breaded and seasoned to perfection. VERY tender, I only had to use my folk to cut. The marinara was fresh semi chunky lite delicious and perfect. The fresh bread came in handy to clean up my plate. My wife has a fresh pasta marinara dish and NO complaints there. “The food from Giulio's never disappoints! The food is excellent-especially the Dover sole, which is fillleted table side! The ambiance of Giulio's is like none other! The restaurant is a beautiful Victorian style home from the late 1800s. It is decorated perfectly, creating an attracting atmosphere! My family and I always have an enjoyable and memorable time at Giulio's, whether it's a party for an event or a family dinner.“

“First time dining and had a magnificent experience. the bread and cheese starter was fantastic. chicken parm, spaghetti pomodoro, and paccheri alla bolognese were all 10s (which is not easy to achieve). the bolognese was the sleeper hit. More than anything, the service was the most important highlight. Gray was our server and made sure we had a fantastic night. Her attention to detail and great timing made us feel so welcome and attended to. Highly highly recommend this place, they’re doing everything right. environment is also so beautiful to boot.“

“Place is a hidden treasure. Food is outstanding! The waiters were very welcoming, funny and very attentive without rushing us before we could ask for anything they were right there. The owner is super sweet with a beautiful personality. He makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. The food was phenomenal every dish was seasoned perfectly and portions were plentiful. The prices very reasonable for the service and food quality they provide. This is so far our favorite Italian cuisine restaurant I'm so glad we live close by we will be back. “Phenomenal from start to finish!! We were lucky to have the place to ourselves for an early dinner. Dani, co-owner & chef, greeted us with a warm welcome. You could tell right away she had a genuine interest in making our experience special. We started out with a creamy, simple burrata that came with homemade focaccia. The bread was SO perfect. We each had salmon with Israeli couscous and broccolini. The salmon was cooked to perfection and paired nicely with the wine suggested by Dani. Then dessert…it was so difficult to pick just one!!! So we got three! Ana, the other owner, is the evil genius behind the to die for desserts!! Tiramisu, mascarpone cheesecake (we took it to go) and an apple cider donut with vanilla ice cream. (The donut was so absolutely divine that my boyfriend ordered a second serving!!) And can I just say the cappuccinos were on point! My mouth is watering just thinking about it all again! I hope others visit and enjoy the fabulous food, service and atmosphere at Mambo. We don’t live around the corner, but will definitely make the drive back because the whole experience was just that good. I wish Dani and Ana much success. You can tell it is a true labor of love for them. Cin-cin ladies!“

“Awesome authentic Italian restaurant. Live music/band on Wednesdays. Service is fantastic. The meatballs are so tender with great flavor, chicken picatta was fresh filling, tiramisu wad the best with a cappuccino. They gave us a free Sambucha (the orange one is good). The owner/manager, Walter introduced himself and sat at our table after dinner to ask us how we were doing etc..
I will definitely be coming back.“

“The traditional Italian sub ("#1") was reviewed as the best sub in New Jersey, and I completely agree, except for the fact that their #4 sub (hot prosciutto) might be even better. The folks there are already. Be aware, cash only. There is a small parking lot behind the building with a very narrow driveway and an onto Fairmount St, so maybe it's better to come in from that direction.“

“My husband and I had another terrific meal at Broadway Bistro last evening.
We ordered from the special prix fixe menu that had so many great choices, it was hard to choose.
We settled on the scallops over polenta and the spring rolls with teryaki to start, and the panko horseradish flounder and grilled shrimp salad. Desert was the poached pear with raspberry sorbet.
Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The wait staff is friendly and extremely efficient, and just make dining there such a terrific experience!“

“The food here is excellent. Started with the artichokes and burrata, super fresh, super flavorful. Perfect sized dishes to start. We then had the mussels special and eggplant dish. Both fabulous. For mains we had the sea bass and lamb parpadelle, incredible! Braised for 9 hours, it was delectable. The service is wonderful, everyone is so kind. The restaurant is beautiful inside, perfect dining experience. Can’t wait to go back and try new menu items.“
