“Best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. The Grape Nuts ice cream is genuinely great and the Coquito ice cream turned my girlfriend feral. Special shout-out to the VEGETARIAN MARSHMALLOWS. My girl loves marshmallows but usually can’t eat them because of the gelatin. We were extremely pleased to hear the toasted marshmallow topping doesn’t contain gelatin, especially because it tastes much better than most store-bought marshmallows.“

“Thrilled to find a shop serving ACTUAL gelato in Westchester. While their product can't compete with what you'd find in Rome, it is legitimately gelato and not ice cream masquerading as such - texture is dense and a little chewy, with very intense flavor. Pistachio and coffee were the winning flavors on our recent visit. Well worth a stop if you are in the area!“

“The cookies are good but a bit over rated. I love the cool flavors and the fact that the menu changes weekly but sometimes the cookies are way too sweet. There is usually a long line at this location but the employees are pretty fast so the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if there were places to sit inside the establishment.“

“Exactly what you want a Carvel to be. The soft-serve ice cream is delicious in a way that the other ice cream stores and trucks can’t/don’t match. And somehow this particular Carvel seems to make extra creamy soft-serve, even though I know that’s unlikely since I assume they’re following a standard recipe. Service is always friendly and helpful, and they have buy one get one free Sundaes on Wednesday!“

He works super fast and is completely generous with what he gives to you, he is a very hardworking person because every time I walk past this place all I see is him doing is cleaning or taking peoples orderes while the other guy sits there doing nothing.“

“Been coming here since I was a small child. At one point it was a weekly occurrence without question that my family was getting Carvel. Haven't gone for years after I moved away and my diet changed but now that I'm back in the area and they gave vegan friendly options is a done deal. I find myself swinging by on occasion, even if by myself, and/or order from Uber Eats to deliver to me while coming home from a long week at work.
Vegetarian options: All ice cream is or SHOULD be vegetarian, but now they have Oatly based vegan ice creams that are amazing. I've been dreaming of pistachio ice cream that was vegan friendly for decades because pistachio was a go-to as a child and now they have it
Dietary restrictions: They gave vegan options now that taste amazing.
Parking: Parking along the side and more in the back.
Kid-friendliness: If an ice cream parlor isn't kid -friendly, they're doing something wrong.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and entrances are wheelchair friendly.“

“This is a well-organized self-service ice cream shop. First, you go to a small station where you choose the size of your ice cream cup. Then you go to the second station to choose the flavor of ice cream you would like. The last station is the table full of diverse toppings you can add to your ice cream. How much your ice cream costs depends on how much your ice cream weighs. The establishment offers drinks and desserts as well as a comfortable seating space. Also offers delivery. “They have amazing ice cream as always including flavors that you wouldn't typically get in your supermarket such as vegan chocolate fudge.I decided to try their brownies but they were not good. The Oreo brownie texture was brick like and was too sweet. On the other hand the chocolate fudge brownie had a cake like texture which again made it less enjoyable.Better stick with ice cream here.“
