“We went for the first time yesterday. We had fun. My only complaint is there were way too many children. Been to a lot of breweries and this one was the worst for kids . It won’t put me off coming here again but it’s nice to go out and not be surrounded by families with kids. I understand families are allowed to go out to breweries etc . But a lot of breweries are not like this one.”

“As a REAL New York City native (unlike 99% of the reviewers), I can tell you hat Broadway is more like an old school NYC slice shop than you would think. From the flavor to the quality to the service...do they make mistakes? Sure. Everyone does. Is their pizza great? Yes it is. So are their dishes. Until recently I had only been a weekender for 40 years. I've been eating here since they opened. It has always been consistent and delicious! The staff are super friendly as are the owners who work on-site every day. The inside is sparse, and no, I don't care what newspaper is on the table (NY Post) or what's on the TV (usually a show like NCIS or Smallville). You don't come here for the media...YOU COME FOR THE FOOD!!!”

“I’m from the Bronx and the owners are amazing they are really great people.They have the best chocolate chip cookie I ever had me n my wife shared it. It was still moist when I got home from work and soft and the best blueberry muffin I ever had nice and warm. If you in the area grab some fresh cookies you won’t regret it I promise”

However the menu changed recently and we found that it didn’t have enough offerings. The frisé salad ($16) is also steep for what it is — a bowl of bitter lettuce with a fishy dressing and some parm shaved on top. Mirador is a nice spot for a drink and a snack but for a fuller meal you may need to look elsewhere or be prepared for a heavy bill for small plates.”

“I ordered dinner last night since it was too hot to cook and everything was really good. Their sauce is fantastic! I got a chicken parm sub that was full of chicken and the best chicken parm I've ever had. We always get the vegan pizza for my boyfriend. It's awesome that they have that option(even if it doesn't have vegan cheese.) And they always give a ton of fried dough. They give you plenty of food and it all tastes fresh and amazing 👏”

We had our rehearsal dinner here and even 6 months later anytime we come in they not only remember us but also our dietary restrictions. Something very special about this place. “The Historic Village Diner in Red Hook, NY is a unique piece of history that you can experience a great meal at. The diner is a 1927 Silk City model. At the time of its manufacture the diners came prefabricated with cups, glasses, and silverware. On the side of the diner as you walk in you will notice the diner’s old name, the “Halfway Diner” because of its location halfway between Albany and NYC. The diner has a ton of historic and nostalgic value.
The food here is great and the diner has a large dessert menu. It is possible to dine in or order take out. Portion sizes here are large. If you dine in you will love the ambience of this diner with its counter and booths. The service here is great! No place serves food and history better than this one.”

“THE BEST CROISSANTS I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Seriously just amazing! The veggie quiche is so flavorful and the crust is buttery and flaky! The croissants are huge and also buttery and flaky. The texture and taste are both matched for the best around! Even better then ones I’ve had at popular bakeries in NYC. This spot is a hidden gem! Don’t sleep on this place! Their hospitality is out of this world! They have great prices for their chai lattes as well! I’ve been coming every day on my lunch break for a large iced chai latte and they only charge me $5.50! It’s just amazing and Starbucks doesn’t have anything on this place and their chai lattes and pastries!!”

“This place is amazing. The dry aged steak is on par with any of Manhattan's best steakhouses. Every bit of food was fresh and delicious, and the presentation was perfect. The portions were very generous. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful. The staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The chef owner, Jeff, came out to greet us and make sure we were enjoying everything. Everything was perfect. The experience here is how every restaurant experience should be.”
