“First thing I noticed was the beautiful engraved door. Very friendly atmosphere. We were offered drinks while waiting to be seated for dinner. I had a coconut margarita which was amazing! I normally don’t drink margaritas. The guacamole was so fresh! Delicious! My husband and daughter loved the calamari! My husband got the Casa Villa Seafood, he was in heaven! The portions were large we left with two bags of food. The staff from start to finish were really impeccable! 10 out of 10. We will be returning!“

“There is something deeply gorgeous about everything this restaurant makes. Flavors are fresh, healthy, and brightly complex. They make you feel both invigorated and hugged from the inside by people who pour all of their love into their food.

And that murky red chili sauce they give you on the side for tostadas. Oh mi madre that stuff is made for Jesus. It’s unlike any of its kind I’ve ever had. So complex and savory and bright and herbal and also deep and…you could put it on ice cream or your dog and it would still be great.

I’m a regular customer and in my experiences, the flavor is on point and phenomenal every time. They have red or green salsa, in my opinion the red one they make complements the flavor of this one perfectly.“

“What a phenomenal meal! Make sure you bring a hearty appetite to the table. The staff are very attentive and the food is delivered artistically, hot, fresh and delicious. “Omg this was the warmest welcoming atmosphere I could ever find in a restaurant. We were directly given a table and could order drinks (some housemade lemonades that were amazinggg), then got our food, which was absolutely delicious. There was a little girl (the daughter of the waitress) that was always smiling and brightened the atmosphere even more. While paying the bill, we were talking to this waitress and told her we had a long drive ahead of us, so she told us about some take away mexican sandwiches with carne asada we could take for our roadtrip, THEY WERE MINDBLOWING. We had enough to eat while there, but we couldnt resist to try them in the car soon after - let me tell you, they were just too good, and gone very quickly.

“I asked them for salsa to dip my chips in and they asked me what I meant by salsa. I described salsa and they told me it was in the bag, but it wasn't. But like what do you mean, what do I mean by salsa?! Did you think I was asking for marinara?

The tacos were standard, the other restaurants nearby have similar. But like... Salsa. Probably going to a restaurant that knows what salsa is in the future instead. 🤦“

“Went for lunch today and had El Paso tacos and Veggie platter. Great service and HUGE portions. We were making our rounds today picking up donations for Saugerties Animal Shelter. Asked to speak to manager and he came back with 10 donation coupons we can use for our May 4th event. Definitely 5 Star.“

“We went there for shrimp and tried one dish that was grilled and one that was fried and both were delicious and presented beautifully. A little rough to get in with a wheelchair but it was worth it.

Vegetarian options: Great place for pescatarians, I'm sure you could order any dish like a quesadilla or burrito without meat.

Parking: We were there on Friday night and there were plenty of spots right in front and on the side.“
