“Saw all the great reviews so we tried it and the food tasted very good and I see why everyone raves about it. They have so many customers it was 90 minute wait for pickup at 5:30 but earlier in the day it was only 30 mins. The order was ready at the exact time it showed for pickup ! “Our company orders takeout from here about once a month and we never have an issue, even when we order individual entrees and combo meals for our entire department of about 20 people. The food is good and the staff take great care to make sure the orders are correct. The woman who runs the line is sweet and her helpers work together seamlessly.“

“First time there for me while staying in the Frewsburg area. I've been accustomed to amazing Texas Hot places in the Olean(Hastas) & Wellsville(Texas Hots) area. Hard to improve on this unique food trend but sadly it's starting to become a thing of yesteryear. Buffalo area has 'Teds' and Jamestown has Lucky's!!! The malted shakes were great & the dogs with Texas Hot sauce were quite good. I'd say the sauce was milder in comparison but I'll return to this place again!!! I think it would be great if the food didn't come wrapped in food grade paper to the customer as the texas sauce gets stuck all over the paper wrapper but that it should come out to the customer in paper hotdog dishes & a paper cup for the fries that didn't let the vinegar soak thru it. Yep, some of us enjoy vinegar on our fries!“
“Went with a friend and ordered two scoops of a Perry's (less than $5) and it was the perfect cool down treat! The service was prompt and the staff professional. They also have an large food menu, but that will have to be for another visit/review. The parking lot can feel a little cramped, but it's a nice spot with outdoor seating.“

“Traveler wanting to try a recommendation from a Buffalo friend and others. Had the Footlong Sahlen's Charbroiled Dog, loaded with everything and chili + fries with cheese sauce. They both were delicious and the Sahlen's Dogs here are a MUST TRY if you visit Buffalo. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Store was clean. Not a big hot dog fan but would make exceptions just for these dogs. I'll be back everytime I visit. You should try it!“
“They went above and beyond when they had no reason to. My wife needed to eat before taking her meds and we showed up 20 minutes before they opened. Staff there understood what we needed and as they could have sent us anywhere else for food that was open at the time, they did not. They took my order and promptly made it. My wife loved the delicious food she got and I could not be any happier with the service we received. I did not get any names or I would be praising them personally. However I'm sure they know whom they are. Thank you girls so much. We will be returning tomorrow night for dinner with the family. You have created life long customers out of us.“

“Great burger. Load it up and just order a small fry. Ask for extra bacon no upcharge if you get the bacon cheese burger. The peanuts before are one of my favorite things. It's a bit pricey but way better than your typical chain burger joint. Cajun fries are what I like. Don't forget a pop they have a machine that does various flavors added to your favorite soft drinks. Enjoy!“
