“Haven't been here in yrs & I won't be coming back. Not how I remembered this old favorite. I had a big foot hot dog that was yuck on a stale roll and French fries that tasted like they were undercooked frozen Oreida ffs. My son had same big foot dog that he didn't like and he ordered the poutine fries that were awful. The cheese curd that come on them were cold & hard, it just made them terrible. Never again. wasted $40“

“I have been here several times since the season has opened. More importantly, I went there tonight (5/2) and was served by Peyton and Lindsay. They both were exceptional, despite the amount of orders that all came in at once, around 7:15pm. The orders were for multiple items and multiple orders stacked up. The service I was provided by both workers was exceptional and I was really appreciative of their customer service. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys.“

“Jimmy's Texas Hot is one of my favorite lunch spots, especially on Mondays when I'm in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The owner is professional, friendly, and always takes the time to have a great conversation with customers. Nothing earns more respect from me than seeing an owner working behind the counter right alongside the staff. That's exactly why I believe people should support small businesses like this. “Went with a friend and ordered two scoops of a Perry's (less than $5) and it was the perfect cool down treat! The service was prompt and the staff professional. They also have an large food menu, but that will have to be for another visit/review. The parking lot can feel a little cramped, but it's a nice spot with outdoor seating.“

The sauce tastes the exact same every time I stop in, it hasn't changed since I was a kid in the 80's and went there with my grandfather for lunch. The staff is always friendly and polite. This is a great diner and Kaisertown is "Lucky" to have it. Pun intended...“

“Noplace to sit and eat, but who cares when it's this good. They have the best Texas Hots in my opinion. I don't get anything else but back in the day the breakfasts were awesome too. This particular location of Louis has the best Texas Hots for some reason. Awesome. Really nice staff as well. :)“
