“Music was really good. The DJ was on point. The hookah was horribly made. Ugh. I couldn’t even smoke it. It was too strong, tasted like fumes and could not enjoy. The “hookah girl” came to fix it but ended up the same thing after 1 puff. Drinks are made strong!!“

“157 Tavern has been a staple in the area for 10 years and is an excellent choice for parties or group gatherings. You can simply provide them with your budget, and they will curate the menu for you, which makes the planning process very convenient.
Regarding the food:
Grilled Spanish Octopus: Highly recommended. The potato pave is delicious, and the octopus is tender with a perfect charred exterior.
Short Rib with Bone Marrow: The meat is very tender and falls apart at the touch of a fork, though I wish the portion of bone marrow was a bit larger.
King Salmon: Quite tender.
Burrata Cheese: Standard/average.
Caramel Flan: Delicious and beautifully presented.
Overall, it is a great spot for a nice dinner.“

“the vibe at IYKYK was nice... the food delish... drinks on point... varied music including latin beats which to my taste was awesome plus they have hookah (cash only but worth it)... honestly prices were pretty affordable and the service was really nice... our waitress Tiffany was attentive even though her section was busy when we first got there...our food and drinks didn't take long... I went with my cousin and we both had a blast... It was our first time going to IYKYK, and we're def planning on going back 💃🏼“

“Among my fave spots around. The atmosphere is electric and they play every game! Enjoy their all-day happy hour, when you can receive five shots for $25 to $40 (depending on your poison of choice). The food is more typical of a pub, but it's great for a quick bite and priced friendly! Highly recommended their bulgogi quesadilla. Couldn’t gate-keep any longer!!“

I was looking for a good sweet cocktail, and the bartender recommended a hidden menu drink — a sweeter version of an espresso martini. It was absolutely delicious. The small bites were also amazing, especially the persimmon cake. Perfect place to come with friends, hang out, and enjoy a relaxed, cozy night. Highly recommend!“

“Came here yesterday for a late lunch/early dinner. We ordered the Indonesian veggie samba, California sushi rolls and spicy tuna sushi rolls. The food was excellent. Service was good. Food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere and the visual effects on the wall makes for a great ambience. Definitely coming back here in the future.“

“I’ve been coming to this bar since last year, and it’s always a great experience. The environment is welcoming, relaxed, and fun. The bartenders are very nice, polite, and make you feel right at home.
They also have karaoke nights on Wednesdays and Saturdays, which are always a blast. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time with great service.“

“On of my favorites. It gets crazy during the summer as there is limited seating. But winter is also gorgeous. Beautiful views of the water, wildlife and sunset. The soup is always delicious, lobster roll extremely generous and the linguini and clams is out of this world. The portions are right for the price and the local beer is a nice touch. Service is always extremely friendly. During the summer I love the mudslides and sitting in the water during the day!“

“The food is incredible!! And so are the drinks 👍Both my husband and myself were stuffed when we left. Jeff had the turkey burger and I had the lobster roll I asked if he wanted to split our meals but he liked his too much lol I had to eat most of the lobster off the top so I could eat it like a sandwich Took the picture after I ate a good portion off the top Mark and his crew are the best! “The Bar tenders and the owner are always very hospitable and welcoming- even to newcomers. It is a quintessential community institution - where even if you are new to the village, you will be made to feel at home! All are welcomed - there are board games and always sports on multiple TVs- I have been coming to this establishment through several different owners and name changes- but the current owner is the best by far!“

“I've been waiting for this kind of place to come to Rockaway. It's what it needed. Truly a gem. B116th Rockaway just got bumped up with this place.
