“Where do I begin? Annie was so helpful and patient during the ordering process. She answered my questions and returned my calls almost immediately. She made recommendations and she made me feel very comfortable with my decision to utilize her services. Every single item was a hit! The pernil was a standout for the pork lovers, while the salmon stole the show for those who don’t eat meat. Everyone raved about the turkey meatballs and fried chicken.
The order also came with a fresh, plentiful salad and complimentary plates, napkins, and utensils, which definitely came in handy. Delivery was professional, courteous, and right on time. And the portions? Hefty doesn’t even begin to describe them. Being from the South, we serve generously, and even with everyone enjoying seconds, we still had leftovers.
Our guests are still talking about how flavorful and delicious everything was. The rasta pasta, mac & cheese, arroz con gandules Annie's green beans recommendation were Yummmmmmy!!!! But what meant the most to me was seeing my mom—who’s spent her life cooking for others—finally able to sit back, relax, and be served a beautifully prepared meal. She’s a retired professional cook who’s cooked for countless organizations and across many cuisines, and even she was thoroughly impressed.
We always pray over our meals, but this food felt like it came pre-blessed. Annie, thank you. May God continue to bless you, your team, and your business. We’ll definitely be ordering again for Mom’s birthday. You’re officially part of the family now—we trust and appreciate you deeply.“

From the day we had our first meeting with the Royalton they have been fantastic and after my Husband and I walked in the first time we knew it was where we were supposed to be married. Mike T and his entire staff were perfect. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Mike T told me we didn’t need a wedding planner or coordinator with them and he was right. He took his role above and beyond! Every question and pre-wedding concern I had was answered quickly and ever worry I had they calmed my fear. The food was amazing and every aspect of the menu completely customizable. We had so many dietary restrictions and Mike was able to accommodate everyone without any issues. The grounds are beautiful both inside and outside. We planned for our ceremony to be in their beautiful garden but unfortunately mother nature had other plans and the move to inside was still as beautiful. Our family and friends are still raving about how beautiful it was, how amazing the food was and how the staff were phenomenal. Michelle, the bridal attendant was also phenomenal and helped the day run so smoothly! We had an unfortunate incident thar required a guest to be removed from the wedding. The professionalism and approach that Mike T took to handle the situation was perfect to the point that I had no idea of the circumstance and to those involved were blown away on how well it was handled by himself and staff and to ensure all our guests were safe as well. “I just got my Twins 21st Birthday this last Saturday I will say yes I do recommend it because of the delicious food , accommodation, tables set up, bartender and servers ( kind and warm), the bartender was on beyond my expectations but They need to hire another hostess who is willing to help, follow instructions and get better management floors My guests were lost sitting on any table when I approached to her at the beginning of the party with instructions she answered that she won’t need it. That is why the welcome guest part was a COMPLETE DISASTER When we were getting ready for the toast none of us got a glass so I went running to the table to serve the drinks she approached to me saying THATS TOO MUCH ALCOHOL and I looked at her saying I DO KNOW WHAT I AM DOING and my question is WTH you should ask me how I can help you or if you are an experienced hostess you will know what is that for ??? Honestly she did not deserve any tip even tho I did tip her I got extremely dissatisfied with her attitude different relatives and guests asked who is she ?? This place is like a mini Zabar's with an Italian focus, not a restaurant.
