“A whole vibe!!! From the moment you walk in, you are captivated. The decor, the music and the beautiful staff begin the wonderful experience that's about to occur. “I’ve been to Mojo multiple times and have never been disappointed by the food, vibes, and service. Tonight we went there for my sister’s birthday and our server, Melissa was phenomenal. She was extremely kind, attentive, and charismatic. When I didn’t realize I left my jacket on the floor, she picked it up and put it on my chair and my sister left her headphones as we were leaving and she went outside to give them to her. She is the best! Next time I come I’ll be sure to ask for her!“

“Been waiting for a local Peruvian spot for a while and this place just absolutely delivered!! Been here a few times with my family and each time there’s laughs and smiles from wall to wall. The ambiance brings me back home to Peru and for a brief moment in time i feel as though im back home!!! Everything from the Ceviche to Andean nights cocktail is a treat! The entrees are to die for and the quality is impeccable. Would highly recommend if you love good food and good energy ????“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment and the experience was a mixed bag. The food was absolutely exceptional, each dish bursting with flavor and well prepared. The service was top-notch as well - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I ordered a Cosmo and my friend ordered the old fashioned. The bartender did an excellent job and both drinks were delicious!
However, the ambiance left something to be desired. The decor felt a bit outdated and could use some modernization to match the quality of the cuisine and service. With a revamp in the ambiance department, this place could easily become a five-star dining destination. Overall, a great spot for a delicious meal with fantastic service, but with room for improvement in the atmosphere.“

“Great food. I had the lunch. It was done, so no waiting. I was happy to hear they will gladly replace the rice for more salad. I asked for chicharrón and they fried it on the spot. I had the soup, which today was sancocho de carne. The beef was like ropa vieja. Great sazón.“

“It was my first time trying Empanada Queen, a food truck in Baldwin, and overall, it was a decent experience. They had a deal for 10 empanadas for $28, so I decided to try a variety. I went with shrimp, beef, chicken, and mac and cheese empanadas. The flavors were all pretty tasty, with the shrimp, beef, and chicken being the standouts. However, I wasn’t a fan of the mac and cheese one—it just didn’t have the right texture or flavor I was expecting.
The wait time was short, which was a nice surprise, especially since it was freezing outside! I was glad to have the car to wait in while the food was being prepared.
One thing to note is that the outer shell of the empanadas was quite hard, which made them a bit tough to bite into. On the positive side, the fillings themselves were flavorful. The only other downside was that they only offer one sauce, which had a bit of spice to it. While I didn’t mind it, I wish there were a few more sauce options to choose from.
I'd still recommend it if you're in the area and craving empanadas.“

“Been eating her on-and-off for at least 10 years. The food is always seasoned well and tastes good but sometimes it's served cold or dried out. Even during lunch hours. Service has always been friendly so one could simply let them know that the food is cold. Parking can be challenging but not impossible.“

“The foods great! I had the Steak & Yellow rice & peas . (Huge juicy steak portion! ) My husband had the white rice w pink beans and rotisserie chicken. The taste of both foods was amazing! Tried their passion fruit juice .. GOOD TOO. Don’t know why there are some bad reviews. I looked at most of the bad reviews and they were made a few years ago. Maybe they had a different cook back then!“
