“Not usually one to review but I found it extremely helpful when I was searching for a hotel. Coming from the US, I expect a certain standard and this checked all the boxes. Safety; security was on point no loitering, etc and key card gave you access to only your floor. I got a standard room with a balcony and wonderful view. I picky about bathrooms. It was on point. Hot water, water pressure, decor. Price point way better value than the higher priced options. I'm not much of a breakfast person but there were more than enough options (I'm not vegetarian).“

“Longhorn Steakhouse is my parents favorite restaurant, so I had expected the usual, but here everything was cooked so well, my medium rare steak was actually medium rare. Everything was seasoned so well, it tasted like an expensive meal, the quality was so much higher than I expected. Highly recommend.“

“Went to Rays for breakfast which was very good. Got the bill and there is charge for toast. Since when do you get charged for toast with eggs. The waitress should tell her customer that there is a extra charge for toast.“

“This is by far the best plate in Rochester!! The garbage plate wrap is AMAZING! They also have a sauce called panther sauce that elevates the plate! The only suggestion I have is they need to figure out the phone situation. I feel like they unplug the phones on purpose so they don’t have to take more orders. This makes it hard when wanting to order ahead, we have to drive there and hope for the best when it comes to a wait time. Other then that I HIGHLY recommend!“

“All you can eat, allergy accommodating dining hall that puts it's students first. The staff is really welcoming and always says hello. You can get everything including pasta, the wok station, salad, fruit, soup, burgers and fries, sandwiches, desserts, ice cream, fresh bagels and English muffins, and whatever the hot entree's of the day are. Lackmann is always trying to find new and exciting things for students and loves getting feedback. Overall, a fantastic dining hall on campus!“

“Today we had a problem with a takeout order at Flaherty's. The order we picked up was inaccurate. We called and the person who answered said to come back in a few minutes. When we returned we were greeted by the manager who offered his apologies for the mishap and offered to give us a free meal for our inconvenience. In summation: A problem resolved! My husband brought out a beautifully made sundae for me!! I would have gone inside and thanked the server, but I just needed to rest. Little did that server know, I will be having surgery in two days, and I have been in so much pain, unable to sleep, and hardly able to eat, from worry. That sundae cheered me up SO much!!!! You never know exactly who is on the receiving end of your work -- but that waiter made our sundaes as though they were a gift or from a fancy restaurant! I was so delighted! Thank you! (My husband said the server was young and had tattoos. Thank you for cheering me up!!)“
