“We ordered a set of 6 through Postmates and unfortunately didn’t get our cookie cutter that we ordered. Postmates has put us through if with supplying documentation l, sending a million pictures, etc… only to say our order isn’t eligible for a refund. On a whim I called in to ask about this and the GM was amazing. She just offered us a cookie cutter. Didn’t make it a hassle, was amazingly friendly, and made me feel a lot less crazy about the situation. 10/10 for crumble cookie 0/10 for Postmates ?“

“Awesome ice cream, huge portions. We got a kiddie which really was enough for two people! Nice staff, large seating area inside with porch for outdoor. Decent parking available along sides and back of building. Very good ice cream. Don't forget to get a photo with Sharkie out front!“

“Honestly great gelato. That alone merits the 5 stars. Additionally, great location- conveniently located near the canal with plenty inside and outside seating. Perfect for a short break if walking along the canal or just hanging out near the other shops and restaurants.“

“Appreciate the portion and the generosity of this ice cream place. We were stopping by the Kershaw park and thought about which ice cream place to go: scoops ice cream or Abbott. Chose scoops because we've never been.

The portion is huge and can be a waste for first timers. Please reduce the size and people love things they never get enough of..when they had too much, they will not come back.

Plus it can be hot eating outside. No shades.

Lastly, do they buy icecream from Perry's? I saw huge tubs of perry icecream inside.“

“As an avid fisherman for carp on the canal right outside this shop I understand the frustrations behind them being closed outside business hours, and I’ve seen tons of people try to open the door and it was locked. Anyways, my frail and tiny little girlfriend and I came here on a beautiful night and we got served right away, cheaper than most of the overpriced junk in the rest of Pittsford or other places I won’t name where we just came from (see other reviews) and the gelato was fire. The bowls and spoons were mad cute too. Great experience especially on a nice summer night. Might get hammered at lock 32 after this. They just gotta fix the hours/ door issue and they would have 5 stars. My girlfriend is so cute.“
