“Unfortunately their cooler was on the blink so there was no draft beer available and most of the desserts spoiled. The service was incredible and our meals were tasty. I had the brisket grilled cheese (heart attack on a plate but the taste buds gotta live!) and husband had the brisket platter. The venue was really cool and we look forward to going again.“

“We took a motorcycle ride up for the day to get our American Legion stamp book stamped. We had no idea about the restaurant or what to expect. We were immediately welcomed, spoke with the owner Wilma and bartender Jessica (I think that was her name but I'm terrible with names), asked what they suggested for lunch and a waitress chimed in and suggested anything Jack Daniel's. With that we ordered the JD burger and the San Fran burger (not JD) and the flavor was amazing and the burgers cooked to perfection! Turns out the owner once lived in New Jersey and we spoke of familiar places. We will definitely be back to also explore this cute, quaint town. They also hold bike on Thursday.“

“We get a pizza every weekend, sometimes wings. I like my wings extra crispy, they are always real good. Pizza can vary greatly, depending who is making them.“

“I had a fabulous dinner at the Hamden Inn on Friday evening. I got there early and sat at the bar and Lisa was my waiter and bartender. She suggested a gin based cocktail and it was to die for. She was AWESOME! I ordered The Hamden Burger cooked rare…and it was PERFECT! I also ordered the wings based on a friend suggestion and the house-made Buffalo sauce was exceptional! The menu had an excellent variety of culinary choices, however, I chose the burger on a friend suggestion. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked delicious. The restaurant had a quaint & cozy upscale atmosphere! I’ll definitely return! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“
