I was greeted kindly by an employee who answered my questions I had about some platters. I ordered the chicken platter & gyro platter & I am so happy I did. You are able to see the kitchen from the seating area of restaurant and I watched how fresh everything was cooked and prepared. I did order my meals to go, and everything was packed nicely. I wish I took pictures of my meals because they were so delicious. Chicken was delicious and gyro was extremely fresh and flavorful. The platters were plentiful with a good amount of rice, salad etc. and reasonably priced. I cannot wait to go back. They also have other platters, apps, create your own shawarma bowls, soups and more. I am really pleased with my first time enjoying Sumaq Grill and I recommend you give it a try.“

“Ray the owner is the coolest guy!! He is very courteous, friendly and knows his cuisine very well. I brought my friend to taste the food of Persia (Mediterranean). He loved every bit of it. I always go back for more delicious appetizers, the Samosas I love a lot, the main entree i.e., BARG, or Lamb Chops, Lamk Kebab, and much more. “I was a little skeptical about this place at first, but everyone I know who had been here recommended it. I am glad I listened to them and tried their lamb/beef gyro. It was amazing! Going back to try the chicken gyro today. Can’t recommend this place enough! Just wish they had some chairs to sit down and eat there.“

“First time visting Azerbaijan since they moved from their Westbury location, which we often visited. Easy to park. The staff remembered us immediately and are very friendly and attentive. Large relaxing main room. Our dinner entrees were: Lamb Chops, Salmon Kabobs, The Persian Steak and Falafel platter. All of the entrees were excellent. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food they give you.“

“GrillMak has been a favorite spot of mine for probably almost 10 years now. My go-to's are their sticks - Filet Mignon, my favorite, but their chicken and pork sticks are delicious as well. Occasionally, I will go with the filet mignon gyro when needing a more complete meal. Their sweet potato French fries are a nice side to any meal. There is plenty of dining seating indoors and some outdoors during the summer. You will find plenty of parking here as well.

“I have visited taim a couple times now. It's a nice change of pace from all the unhealthy fast food places in the area. There are tons of options. You can build a healthy bowl that tastes great and the portions are satisfying. The food is very fresh and there is a great variety including chicken, steak or falafel, rice, salads, vegetables and various sauces. The large list of options is a lot to take in but the staff is patient and friendly. I'll also note the place has plenty of seating and is always clean. If you are unsure I would definitely recommend giving it a shot.

“If you’re ever in the neighborhood and are craving Mediterranean food for a great price than this is your place. The hummus appetizer is enough for 2 to 3 people and only approximately $10. The gyros sandwiches come with an amazing amount of french fries and the sandwich alone is great and the fries make it a bonus. I will definitely make this one of my favorites in the neighborhood.“

“We arrived at Lisbon Cafe at 3:00 pm, atfter lunch hour rush and we had the luxury of dining al fresco. The staff were friendly, attentive and knew the details of the menu items.
We ordered three appetizers - Grilled Calamari, Bolinhos e bacalhau, Portuguese clams. The sauce of the clams was out of this world! We mopped them out with soft bread! The combination of clam and pork sausage was perfect! The grilled calamari paired well with peppers and tomatoes.

The cod cakes were melt in your mouth soft.

For main, we ordered Feijoada de Mariscos, Bacalhau a Lagareiro, and Chanfana Cabrito (Braised Goat). The meal was served with salads and rice. We ate everything with gusto and with delightful satisfaction!

“The food was excellent! Had the Fried Calamari (but you can order grilled), and the Mediterranean Octopus salad. Both were good but we all really loved the octopus! We had the Mixed Grill which consists of lamb chop, pork chop, skirt steak and chicken. menu says "serves 2" but it easily fed 4, and I don't think I'll finish what I took home in one sitting! Also had the Mixed Grill Vegetable which goes well obviously with the protein dish. Had a Greek beer and a glass of Greek red wine. Very friendly service: the bartender, greeter, our waiter, all gave good vibes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“Some of the kindest people in the food business! I came in today to pick up an Uber Eats order, but shortly had to return the order due to car trouble. The man counting receipts (presumably owner/owners son or manager, not sure) quickly offered to help after overhearing my explanation to the cashier for my return. They got my car started up in under five minutes! Truly above and beyond for someone who wasn't even their customer. I am very happy to know there are businesses in the community like this!!“

There’s a huge problem though. It was supposed to close at 9:00 like every tu ing else in the mall. B it I went at 8:45 and they were cleaning up and said they couldn’t serve me. I love Naya but I was so upset because there was no other vegan friendly places around. Every single other restaurant was open at 8:45. I just know that they’re supposed to be open and serving customers until 9pm. Whatever manager needs to fix that please.“

“Rave review for Mediterranean Kebab House in Westbury. My husband and I went out to lunch with friends from Turkey. The problem was that our interpreter could not make it. My husband called the Restuarant to make reservations and asked if there was someone there that could help with the translating. Google is not always accurate. The person that answered the phone was the owner. He said that he would translate for us. He came to our table and translate for our group almost the entire time that we were there, while also taking care of his our clientele. The food was superb! We feasted on- Mediterranean salad Fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onions topped with feta cheese mixed with olive oil, vinegar, juice dressing. Family plate Chicken chops, chicken Shish, lamb Shish, lamb Adana, chicken Adana, lamb gyro, rice Mixed appetizers Hummus, babaganoush, eggplant salad, sauced eggplant and stuffed grape leaves.“
