“We stopped by Abu Zayn for lunch and it was SO good. We started with Falafel and they were absolutely delicious - moist and crunchy and hot! Perfect on a cold rainy day. We also got the Chicken Shawarma (top in the photo) an Chicken Kofta (bottom in the photo) with cucumber salad. Both were absolutely delicious! The service was great - friendly, helpful, and prompt. The decor inside was beautiful- the mural is superb!

“Second time dining. Excellent service. The food is over the top. We shared the Chef's Special eggplant appetizer and it is simply outstanding! The pita is so fresh! For dinner I had the special that night which was an authentic Kabab and there was no leftovers. We also try their varieties of rice which is is delicious and we have jasmine rice nightly. Finally their baklava is the best we have ever tested. This dining establishment is indeed special.“

“We had such a lovely evening at Philia. The drinks were excellent. Everyone loved all the food we ordered. Chicken Kebabs were delicious and fresh. Mykonos shrimp was also very tasty and perfectly portioned. Lamb chops were a highlight of the meal as well. We had a birthday in our group and they were so kind to sing happy birthday with dessert. I normally don't care for cheesecake but wow the cheesecake here is amazing. Overall pleasantly surprised and satisfied with our meal and service. We will definitely be back!“

“I like the quick service concept for Mediterranean food. So many options that fit all the preferences for the entire family. Food is always fresh and delicious, but I do have to agree with another reviewer that mentioned the inconsistency of the flavors at times. I had an experience where the food was saltier than usual, which overpowered the freshness of the ingredients. The drinks options and flavors are great for both adult and kids. We love jasmine green tea and blueberry lavender. Refreshing and delightful! However, the cleanliness of the tables and seating area need some improvement. It is always pretty messy and dirty during meal time. If it can be check and clean more frequently, it would be better.“

“Jairo is amazing !!! He recommended drinks and food . He gave me a delicious Cosmo martinis which are hard to find good quality martinis but his was just perfect !!!!! Dennis the chef made the calamari which were fresh and the sauce was perfect .he came out afterwards to make sure I was happy with my appetizer and that everything was to part . “The food was excellent! Had the Fried Calamari (but you can order grilled), and the Mediterranean Octopus salad. Both were good but we all really loved the octopus! We had the Mixed Grill which consists of lamb chop, pork chop, skirt steak and chicken. menu says "serves 2" but it easily fed 4, and I don't think I'll finish what I took home in one sitting! Also had the Mixed Grill Vegetable which goes well obviously with the protein dish. Had a Greek beer and a glass of Greek red wine. Very friendly service: the bartender, greeter, our waiter, all gave good vibes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“We spent our 25th wedding anniversary at Kyma and it did not disappoint! It was more than just dining- it was a whole experience! The service was phenomenal as was the foo, from the appetizers to the dessert. We ordered the Agean special. The watermelon salad was one of my favorites! After the meal, they brought us two beautifully prepared desserts. And then before we left, the manager spent time talking to us and getting to know us on a more personal level. It was really special evening and I highly recommend Kyma!“

“I went to check out the new location in Levittown after they closed their spot in Mineola. The new place looks great—clean, spacious, and welcoming.

I ordered my food to go, and it was ready by the time I got there. Everything was hot, freshly made, and delicious. I got the chicken souvlaki with grilled veggies, and it came with a small Greek salad. The portions are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth.

The lamb gyro was also really good—tender, well-seasoned, and stuffed with meat. They definitely don’t skimp. The staff was super friendly, service was quick, and pickup was easy. Definitely worth the trip.“

“Naya has been my go-to lunch meal at the Roosevelt Field mall. After a long walk around the mall for exercise, I order and eat a delicious, healthy, and filling bowl of goodness. The offerings are delicious Middle Eastern choices to pick from, creating your own special bowl. Fresh vegetables like Sumac onion, cucumber, jalapeno, cabbage slaw, tomatoes, and many other toppings. You can add hummus, red pepper hummus, Baba Ghannouj, cucumber yogurt to your salad. Top it off with Spicy Red Pepper Sauce, Lemon Tahini, Pomegranate Dressing, and/or pita crunch. They also offer Little Tabboule, grape leaves, cabbage slaw to name a few. Perhaps trying out their falafel, kibbe, fatayer, or rekakat. Everything is delicious, wholesome, nutritious, and very affordable at under $20.“

“Rave review for Mediterranean Kebab House in Westbury. My husband and I went out to lunch with friends from Turkey. The problem was that our interpreter could not make it. My husband called the Restuarant to make reservations and asked if there was someone there that could help with the translating. Google is not always accurate. The person that answered the phone was the owner. He said that he would translate for us. He came to our table and translate for our group almost the entire time that we were there, while also taking care of his our clientele. The food was superb! We feasted on- Mediterranean salad Fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onions topped with feta cheese mixed with olive oil, vinegar, juice dressing. Family plate Chicken chops, chicken Shish, lamb Shish, lamb Adana, chicken Adana, lamb gyro, rice Mixed appetizers Hummus, babaganoush, eggplant salad, sauced eggplant and stuffed grape leaves.“
