I tried several different drinks including my stand by old fashioned. Tommy the bartender made the perfect drink. There was a balance of flavors that was sublime. “We came here for Valentine’s Day lunch! I own a cleaning business so my eyes are always looking around at the cleanliness of establishments and I have to say, I was impressed with how clean it is! From the table we were sitting at to the bathrooms, everything was very well kept.
The food was so delicious, as well as my blackberry margarita.
Employees were constantly making sure we were happy and satisfied.
Mexican food alone makes me dance and makes me a happy girl, but this place makes me really want to go back! 10/10“

“Bad Seed was always our favorite HV cidery. We fell in love with their cider and beautiful orchard when we used to live down the road. When we got engaged we immediately reached out to inquire about having our wedding there, fully expecting that it would be out of our budget. Instead, it was one of the most affordable options in the area so we immediately booked it! We are so so grateful for Devin and the incredible staff at Bad Seed, who went out of their way to make sure us and our guests had the best time. Everyone commented on how great the cider was, how beautiful the ceremony and reception space was, and how kind the bartenders were. Maria, our server, was absolutely AWESOME —she picked the perfect beer flight for me, and everything she suggested was spot on. The Reuben burger was absolutely delicious, and I can't stop thinking about the peach and basil beer—it was such a unique and refreshing flavor. The hostess also gave us great recommendations for things to do while we’re in town. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!“

“First time here. Great spot to chill out. They had a live DJ (DJ Big Will) who was spinning some great songs for the evening. The food was good (had some cheeseburger sliders and fries) the bartender was great. I'm not a big drinker, but they had these hard ciders that were very good. Definitely a nice spot I can see coming back to.“

“This is your ideal neighborhood bistro pub but elevated! Nice decor, lots of dog portraits and figurines(which i adore). the space is very clean, wooden booth is big and comfortable. quick and friendly service.
We had the arugula salad which tasted fresh and refreshing. the dressing was light and on point.
The scallion pancake was deep fried, crispy and topped with tender braised short rib with a little kick!
the fish and chip was a great deal! Chef generously served the entire fillet of cod on a whole plate of shoe string fries. there was enough leftover for another meal.
I am glad we found this gem and will come again.“

“Legendary local spot. The bartenders are all rockstars that will treat you like family from the get go. It's cash only so keep that in mind before getting there (there is an ATM there). They're also dog friendly which is a big plus for us. Definitely a must visit for a late night drink.“

My only concern tonight was the waiters using foul language ( amongst themselves but loud enough that we could hear since it was very quiet in there when we went ) very unprofessional. . Then an elderly gentleman came in and requested a table for one not near the bar but the waiter told him the one table at the far end in the corner was for two people . It was early like 5:00 and almost nobody in there . What would’ve been the harm in placing him at that table ? He would’ve been done eating probably before it got too busy and he at least would have had some dignity instead of being sat behind the host station . That’s just poor taste in my opinion . Just thought it should be brought up for the future . Treat customers with respect and they will return .“

The food... I just cannot believe how good it is! The creamed spinach is so fresh!! This was the best I have ever had! Mom had the quesadilla which had a perfect cheese blending with chicken and such wonderful guacamole. And the creme brulee was so creamy and balanced, it really knocked me out.
