The highlight was the build-your-own taco stand, which featured a variety of meats and salsas that everyone loved. The food was packed with flavor, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. The team was professional, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I was really happy with the service and will absolutely be using them again for my next event.“

“Awesome find for a great lunch. Beautiful and super clean inside. Very friendly staff, everyone. Loved that you also get beans in addition to the salsa and chips. We had a sampler platter which was great, and had some of the best wings we ever had. It was 4 of us, we ordered the Chicken fajitas and the Chipotle chicken. We split this and still had a good amount of leftovers. Food was delicious, looking forward to going back.“

“My wife and I had Flores cater our wedding in October. We had the best food experience with the Flores team. We absolutely feel in love with the menu at our tasting and the food at our wedding was cooked to perfection. We got married at Locust Grove, which has a full kitchen setup. Our guest raved about the food for weeks! (We’re still hearing about it from friends and family). The beef tenderloin was fantastic, our guests raved about how perfect it was cooked, a true feat especially when prepared in mass. Everyone loved the chicken empanadas, the mojo chicken, the charcuterie cones, and the tuna tartar. We opted for a vegetarian pállela for our vegan/vegetarian friends and it was a hit. The deal was sealed when everyone lined up for seconds of dessert, Flan and Ice Cream. The staff was also exceptional and we want to shout out Melissa and Danielle for making it the best day of our lives. Thank you Austin for making it the best meal for us and our guests.“

Our favorite is the tacos Al pastor and Fajitas Chapala . The Margaritas are delicious and the fried ice cream with the kids is our go to . We love it and every time we do go anywhere else it never compares to Chapala Grill . Highly recommend!!“

“On the way home from a mini road trip between NY and CT we stopped in Beacon and found La Barbirria on our quest for good authentic Mexican food. La Barbirria did not disappoint. We started with the Aguachile! A very spicy ceviche style dish, the kind server gave us a heads up about the heat and it was delicious! The chilaquiles came in a molcajete overflowing with a variety of meats and sausage. My steak and eggs with beans and maduros was chefs kiss. I am looking forward to my next trip to Beacon to stop by La Barbirria again!“

My family couldn't get enough. Now I can get my son interested in eating there. (I grew up in Southern California and had one Mexican great grandmother so I take my Mexican food seriously.
