“I must say the manager , Danielle .. went above and beyond for me. We use this DD all the time and I never have any problems.. well yesterday a girl at the drive thru was I guess having a bad day and she passed it onto me... when I got back to my office the order was all wrong. I called and spoke to Danielle and she said come in anytime and I will take care of you... she did .. Her smiling face and her helpfulness shined through... gave me a new order of everything and made me feel special !!! That is customer service ... she deserves 10 stars !!!!“

“Typically, I don’t go to this Dunkin location because it’s very busy and the orders take very long but today Lacey made it a wonderful experience. I accidentally ordered coffee at the wrong Dunkin and she went ahead and honored it for me which I’m sure she did not have to do. Thank you Lacey for helping me out. And thank you for being a wonderful example of kindness and hospitality.“
