“Kissaki Sushi in Water Mill is always a great experience. The restaurant is clean and modern and the staff is friendly and attentive. The tuna avocado roll was incredible. It was fresh, smooth, and full of flavor. Easily one of the best things I have had there. I also tried the wagyu fried rice and it was just as impressive. The rice was perfectly cooked and the wagyu was tender and rich. It felt like comfort food but elevated. Every dish was beautifully plated and tasted just as good as it looked. This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat when I am in the area.”

“Love their portions, great prices and flavor.
Parking is in the back. Not a big deal. Sometimes I get to park in the front. When the food is good parking should not be a problem. They might be slow for some ppl but they have to remember is just 2 ppl working. Husband and wife.”

“This is a great lunch spot with great food and good service! Love the ground turkey it has a lot of flavor and just a little bit of spice. The queso is really good as well! Quick and efficient service and the bathrooms were very clean, which is a plus!”

“We had a wonderful time visiting Duck Yard Vineyard. The tasting included four wines, and the staff pouring them were kind and personable, making the experience enjoyable.

There was also live music, which added a nice touch, though the placement made it difficult to really hear the performance.

One note is that when we first called, the person who answered came across a bit rude, but once we arrived, the experience was lovely. Overall, it’s a beautiful vineyard and we still had an amazing time.”

“Calissa has truly become one of my favorite year-round spots in the Hamptons. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and the team makes you feel taken care of from the second you walk in. I recently went for their Winter Chalet and had such a great time. The whole après-ski setup is super cozy, wintery, and so well done. Between the cocktails, the warm lighting, and the ski-lodge feel, it honestly felt like a little getaway in the middle of Water Mill. The mezze, the seafood, the service — everything was on point. If you’re looking for a place that nails both the food and the vibe, Calissa is it. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing experience at this somewhat new restaurant in Southampon Village. Celebrity chef Rocco Dispirito did not disappoint! Restaurant atmosphere was beautiful and intimate, food was delicious, my steak cooked to perfection and wait staff was attentive. Cant wait to go back.”

“Finally stopped in after meaning to for over a year and we are so glad we did!! Cute inside space with light atmosphere. The bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beer choices. We tried two flights and liked 7 of the 8 we tried. Will definitely be back to try more. They also have an outdoor seating area but it was too cold the day we went.”

“Cool retro style, really clean, simple but satisfying food! Big ice creams to go or eat in and the menu has all the traditional offerings of a diner. But my favorite is the chicken caesar wrap with fries (very similar to McDonald’s fries)! 4 stars only because they miss some menu updates like coffee (you can’t get latte’s or anything with espresso); cash only (minus points for inconvenience even though they have an ATM on site); efficient and nice not overly happy service.”

This man and his business lifelong accomplice, Chef Pete are the customer based/retail version of why and how I got into food. Fred, Pete, Sous/Exec Jorge, Brandon, and yes... even Justin taught me the lines and roles of each station in a restaurant. Honey, I was green and sad and super motivated. These guys rode me like white on fkn rice. Due to that whoo-hah, I can carry my own brigade and make a killing in the raw arena. Fred was a master at his craft 60ish years ago and still is - encouraging line cooks to expound and expand 20+ years down the line. forever grateful.”

“went with 2 other people, and one of the burgers was undercooked (she asked for no pink and there was a lot of pink). the cheese part of the mac and cheese was pasty, like it was a bechamel sauce with extra flour on instead of a mornay sauce, aka they did the flour butter and milk but added no actual cheese to it. the fries were tasty and the burgers were well seasoned. i wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.”

“It is one of the best and most upscale wineries on Long Island. The wine selection is very large with some great roses, whites and reds. They also have a very delicious sake cider. The service was also great and the view was beautiful. We are red wine lovers and loved their Cabernet and Franc. Their signature rose is also delicious.”
