“Went to Duck Walk this weekend with old old High school friends! We were treated so well. The girls behind the bar were gracious, knowledgeable, and ever so nice. The guitar player was nice background music we could enjoy and still talk to each other. The owner stopped by several times to see how we were. The wine was very nice! We enjoyed the lay back ambiance. Simple and perfect!!”

“As soon as I walked in I knew this place was special. It was more than just a Mexican grill, it felt like home. The food surpassed any expectation I had for what Mexican grill food would be classified as. The chicken was moist and flavorful, the cheese was tender and felt highly authentic, and the rice was both fluffy and immensely decidant. The staff greeted me with their famous line, “welcome to sabrosas”, and from then on I knew this place was going be special. I love sabrosas!❤️”

“Great food. Greek salad. Octopus. Tiger shrimp. Lamb chops. Swordfish. I was pleasantly surprised. Turns into a clubish scene after 10pm. Good sound system. Great staff. Although the backyard looks a little too casual. Eat at the bar or in the restaurant”

The restaurant is always clean and everyone is friendly. If you’re looking for a good Chinese takeout spot out east I recommend No. 1 Chinese ”

“If you were looking for a low-key vineyard without the usual hoity-toity Hamptons crowd, this is your spot. I liked it better than the other fancier vineyards. We went to that were overpriced and felt uptight. This Vineyard had some of the best wines at the most affordable prices and lots of snacks to choose from or you can bring your own. They have tons of outdoor seating and we’ve even brought a game and hung out there all afternoon. It would also be a great one if you wanted to bring your kids. Very laid-back and the staff was lovely and knowledgeable!”

“Great for vegetarians and vegans. It was really good. It’s tiny inside. This is like a great quality Mexican inspired diner. I will totally go again. It’s fast paced inside, and they are on it.
I had one of the best vegetarian meals I’ve had in a long time. They do a lot of take out orders, I might do that next time because they are very busy and I don’t want to be rushed to finish my meal.

“It is one of the best and most upscale wineries on Long Island. The wine selection is very large with some great roses, whites and reds. They also have a very delicious sake cider. The service was also great and the view was beautiful. We are red wine lovers and loved their Cabernet and Franc. Their signature rose is also delicious.”

This man and his business lifelong accomplice, Chef Pete are the customer based/retail version of why and how I got into food. Fred, Pete, Sous/Exec Jorge, Brandon, and yes... even Justin taught me the lines and roles of each station in a restaurant. Honey, I was green and sad and super motivated. These guys rode me like white on fkn rice. Due to that whoo-hah, I can carry my own brigade and make a killing in the raw arena. Fred was a master at his craft 60ish years ago and still is - encouraging line cooks to expound and expand 20+ years down the line. forever grateful.”

“went with 2 other people, and one of the burgers was undercooked (she asked for no pink and there was a lot of pink). the cheese part of the mac and cheese was pasty, like it was a bechamel sauce with extra flour on instead of a mornay sauce, aka they did the flour butter and milk but added no actual cheese to it. the fries were tasty and the burgers were well seasoned. i wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.”
