“I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve had garbage plates from Dogtown & Nick’s (the OG). I got a half-plate, which was still a huge portion weighing probably four pounds, with mac’n’homefries and cheeseburger topped with the cinnamon (mild but tasty) meat sauce and “a little bit” of onions, mustard, and ketchup. This was BY FAR the most delicious garbage plate I’ve ever had. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here. And it’s less than a 10-minute, quick’n’easy drive from Rochester General Hospital (so skip the Wolfgang Puck despite the convenience). I will add that the young woman who took my order was kind and friendly. The meal “to-go” was ready in less than 4 minutes. And the food was delicious, not at all greasy—literally PERFECT“

I was at one of ther locations during my early military service and the food quality, wasteland customer friendly environment is outstanding. Im from buffalo and this place is worth the travel. The manager even spoke to us about our experience and encouraged an awesome desert. We'll done bill Gray's well done. Also your garbage plate should be sold everywhere.“

“I took my kids to Five Guys for the first time while we were out back-to-school shopping, and I have to say, the experience was incredible! From the moment we walked in, the energy in the place was amazing. Kim, Tab, and Jam were running the show, and they made the whole visit so much fun. They were upbeat, friendly, and even helped us pick out a peanut butter bacon shake—which turned out to be absolutely delicious!

The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful, and my kids left talking about how much they loved it. It’s not every day you find staff who make you feel so welcome while also delivering such great service. Huge shoutout to Kim, Tab, and Jam for turning our first visit into such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!“

“A "neighborhood bar and grill" with much better food, drinks, and service. I've been there over a hundred times and love the consistency in the experience. The dining room is separate from the bar area if you want a quieter environment, but there are also tables in the bar area and outside. It's also great for take-out - the online ordering is a little flaky (hint: check out as guest and don't try to make an account) but you can always call your order in as well.

“This place is always smoking. I swear they make the food to order. It’s always been fresh, sometimes there is a bit of a wait for being fast food, however I don’t recall ever having incorrect items. We tend to order later in the evening and sometimes they do have to prep things & let us know our option of waiting or declining. They’ve always been super nice, surprising for a fast food chain.“
