“I had stopped coming here for a long time as The kids working here had a very bad habit of shaking all the food off the spoon sort of like chipotle does now. I recently gave it another try, and I have to say the food was prepared Generously, the place was very clean, and the service, unlike before was now friendly. The place is under new management, her name is Vilma and she has turned this place around. Better food, better portions and great service for much less money than lousy Taco Bell.“

“Island Grill is a 10/10 spot!! There are a few seats at a wall counter but other than that you come here to pick up your food and eat elsewhere. The prices are fantastic and the portions are great as well! The quesadillas are small sized and priced accordingly, you can get one for $3! This is a great place to come for a cheap lunch or to order large portions for a big group dinner. I do both often. You absolutely have to try their bourbon chicken, you will not be disappointed!

I stopped by to take advantage of a promotion they were running for their 1 year anniversary, I had driven by several times on this day, and they had lines out the door each time, when I finally stopped in to take advantage, the staff was still friendly despite having been run ragged all day. “I go to this restaurant twice a month with my friend usually around 11 AM and get breakfast. Imagine how shocked I was Find out breakfast was no longer available during the week? The restaurant has changed names and menus, but to take breakfast completely off the table during the week I find it outrageous we’ve been going here for years now we have to find a new place. Even if they offered a couple of choices fruit, eggs or brunch special it would have been nice.My friend and I are so disappointed.☹️

I specifically said you don’t offer breakfast during the week that’s Monday through Friday, no breakfast, that’s five days out of seven you don’t offer breakfast. Having 1 thing does not considered you having a breakfast menu. It ok though it’s Deer Park theres millions of places that have food especially breakfast we will just move on. I gave you two stars because we have to move on because of you.

Parking: I park in handicapped and it’s right in front of the front door. It’s very convenient“

“I order through DD every single week because I am hooked on their Revueltas AKA the pork and cheese pupusas. They make them fresh to order plus they are loaded with flavorful pork and far from dry. The key is though to order them for dinner. I believe the chef is different as they serve lunch until 3 so early in the day I have found them to be rather under filled and dry. At night though, forget about it. 2 is enough for a meal and they are only 3 bucks. Also love their steak tacos!! I won’t buy my pupusas from anywhere else.“

“Im just going to start off with Qdoba is superior. I will only be coming here for my quesadillas, bowls or burritos. My boyfriend and I both got the birria cheese crusted quesadilla and it was delicious. They bought it to our table and all the workers were super nice. They also aren’t skimpy on the meat or cheese. They have that soda machine with so many options, it’s self serve, free refills, they also have juice for the non soda options. I got the strawberry lemonade and I am obsessed. The atmosphere was nice too, they have different tables and booths, we love a good booth. The place was also clean. It was so good that we went back the next day!
