“I cannot say enough good things about Brain Food Palace in Long Island! I recently ordered their fruit and veggie platters for our work lunch, and they were absolutely stunning. The presentation was next-level from the vibrant mix of fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded carrots, to the meticulously arranged fruits like strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, oranges, and cantaloupe. They even added a carved pineapple center that made the platter look like a piece of art!

But it doesn't stop there, the real stars are their juices and smoothies. They offer an amazing variety, and every single one I've tried tastes as fresh and nutrient-packed as it gets. A few of my personal favorites include:

“Been going to daily dose juice bar down at 111-15 Farmers Blvd, St. Albans and I don’t plan on stopping. Their food items are seriously life changing! From the friendly staff to the organic smoothies, and etc all bring joy throughout my day. I always buy a drink from there on my way to work but my favorite has GOT to be the chicken and waffles. The crispy and tender texture of the chicken is beyond exhilarating!! Waffles are done at the perfect level where they are fluffy and delicious. I love eating from here and like I said I do plan on stopping. COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A SOME GOOD FOOD!!

My fiancé and I were talking to the owners and learned that opening a coffee shop was Victor’s dream. After working at his previous career for almost 30 years, he retired and opened this place. She is management material to me with the best customer service I've seen so far. One kid asked me why I be coming so late near closing. I found that to be distasteful. There's a slim dark-skinned guy that works there also who usually knows my order as well.“

“I accidentally discovered SoBol while I was walking around, but I’m very glad I did. I got a kids size coconut smoothie bowl (I wasn’t sure if i’d like it) with some nutella, and it was delicious. I also got a spirulina smoothie and it was so good that I’ve visited SoBol twice more to satisfy my cravings! My brother got a Chocolate Cacao smoothie, and he absolutely loved it, he finished it in approximately 5 minutes. He would recommend it for kids or for adults with a sweet tooth!“

It's a little pricier than other spots in comparison, but so far I've had no complaints with the quality. Also service has been nice and straight forward too. My biggest issue is their hours. They don't always seem to open on time (10am) like they say they will. Their start time seems to be too late already with Planet Fitness right next door. I can't be the only morning workout person who would want a smoothie at least by 8:30-9am. It seems counterintuitive to business.
