“Shooters is a great place! It’s where good food meets sports. You can always catch all football hockey baseball golf and more…. It’s conveniently located between the wantagh parkway, & 135 just 2 blocks from sunrise and the train. It’s also the first stop back from the beach so make sure you stop in for some great food . Food has a great selection from Bar food and apps to sandwiches wraps steaks and seafood! Decor is an awesome relaxed vibe with sandals on the walls and tiki straws hanging with surf boards on the ceiling. Large wall of TVs let’s you catch every game snd every play. Service was great as well with super friendly bartenders! The kids menu and family friendly environment was such a bonus. This place really captures the best of two worlds. We’ll be back for sure !!!“

“I'm a local love very close but for a local place not heavy on promotion they have some good vybz drinks are reasonable hookah available usually after 10 little more than usual but worth it when the right person is making it for you great on customer service if your unhappy with any kind of treatment or service just respectively voice it to management and they always accommodate when reasonable. “I've been wanting to check out this restaurant for a while now and I'm so glad I finally did. I started with the Brussels Sprouts and the Pickled Beets and both were amazing! For my entree I had the Mesquite Salmon with asparagus and potatoes and really enjoyed all of it. Lauren, the manager and bartender, was very welcoming and made a great spicy margarita. “The food was great , they do give you a good portion, it's a little bit pricey but the sauce is excellent, the Peruvian food is very unique,since in long Island is very hard to get good food, most restaurants in long Island suck at food, so this place makes it very rare to find.

“It was our first time visiting Bourbon Street and we were not disappointed. Our table for 8 was ready upon arrival and the manager kindly accommodated our request for an additional table to improve comfort. The hostess, our server and the staff were all very attentive. A few of us ordered from the specials menu and the rest from the dinner menu. From appetizer to entree, the food was delicious and plentiful. We never felt rushed, there was live music playing early on and the atmosphere was upbeat. Overall, we enjoyed a great night. Expect parking to be an issue, especially on weekend evenings. They had a valet service, and there is a municipal lot close by. I managed to find parking about 3 blocks away. Plan accordingly.“

“So glad to be back at the bar. The staff and owner are amazing and taking every precaution necessary. Y check when you walk in the door, hand sanitizer and social distancing being practiced. “I have been passing this place for a while now and finally decided to give it a try. It was delicious! The burger was fresh and hot as was the chicken wrap. The cashier was super friendly. There were a lot of people coming in out and picking up orders and everyone was greeted nicely when they picked up their food. Was not cheap like fast food like I thought it would be but was very worth it as the portion sizes are a lot more substantial and filling than fast food. Definitely would return.“

“Pretty typical neighborhood bar — pool table, dartboard, and a big food menu with all the usual favorites. I came in for the wings special I saw online, but it turns out the menu I found was about nine months old. Instead, it was Taco Tuesday. The tacos were good, not amazing, but definitely decent bar food.

The bartender/server was super friendly and kept things moving even though she seemed to be handling most of the bar on her own. The wings looked great when I saw a few orders come out — and apparently, they’re only 50¢ each on Wednesdays from 7pm to close, so I might have to come back to try them then.

I have been in this bar a few times this passed year and i have no complaints what so ever. The service is always the reason i come back and will keep being the reason i recommend this place to everyone. This specific post wss about Wednesday May 17th where i came for a friends birthday and we could not have been treated better.
