“I last reviewed Long River 5 years ago. In that time, though, they have upgraded their service and have added a sushi bar that is really phenomenal. The sushi is fresh and the pieces are large. They have a good selection. I have been there 3 times in the last few months and they are getting better each time. It is clean, the service is very professional, prices are fair and the food is very good.“

“As here on LI we find many sushi joints are closed from 3-5pm. This one was open and though we were served, it felt as if we were an inconvenience. It lightened up a bit as we got closer to the end of our visit, but still felt we were not welcome.“

“First off we didn't have Sushi. We went there for lunch and our food was fresh, delicious and wasn't expensive. The servers were very polite and attentive and the food came out in in less than 5 minutes after the appetizer. Sitting is limited but we had no problem around 1 pm for lunch. I love the Bento box and had the lunch special. Comes with miso soup, ginger salad (which is mouth watering) and i had the chicken Katsu, with battered vegtables (eggplant and I think pumpkin). My wife had the Chicken Udon soup and it was tremendous. For the appetizer we had the pork Gyoza (similiar to dumplings) and they were light and very tasty.“

“Been here many times. Brought friends that always ask when we’re going again! Have gotten sushi & sashimi (so fresh!), the all-you-can-eat (small portions but you can just get plate after plate). Big enough menu that you have options but not so big you get overwhelmed. Hoping to try the hibachi next. Be mindful it gets busy on the weekends so getting a big table can be tough. But absolutely worth waiting for! Overall, delicious food, knowledgeable staff, & great vibes. Oh and it’s so clean! Even the floors are spotless.“

“Amazing ambiance, the ceilings are super tall which is always great. Personally love the fact that's the menu is favored towards authentic Chinese cuisine. Everything is done really well. Fried rice and fried dumplings both outstanding. Staff was very attentive. Nice atmosphere except for excessive noise from a nearby table of guests. Four adults brought three children from ages 4 to newborn, and occasionally you could hear the tablet entertaining the newborn play songs and make noises. “Most of the Asian restaurants in Suffolk County are extremely hit or miss. Some use questionable ingredients, others are unfriendly and still others offer small portions for full price. That’s why I was pleasantly surprised by Tang Asian Fusion. The food is fairly priced, it’s made from high quality ingredients, the staff are happy to see their customers and the portions are generous. Every item I’ve ordered has tasted bright, clean and delicious. Best sushi around and enough to last two days. Excellent restaurant all around.“

“The food at Toa (in Melville, as that’s where I go) is EXCELLENT, as is the service and the restaurant and rest room is spotlessly clean. I love it and I love the food and its EXCELLENT value for the price. I dine in regularly and I’ve had take out many times and it’s always fantastic.“
