“Can we talk about the owner for a bit? He is legitimately the sweetest most attentive person I have ever met. Our group of four, stumbled at Defient brewing co. on a Friday in Memorial Day weekend, and the owner was the most attentive, sweetest host imaginable. The beer was fresh, crisp and undoubtedly delicious. We’re from Connecticut, but we’ll be visit soon for sure! One-thousand percent recommend! Love this place! ❤️“

“I've tried all of the "in house" Brews ( over a r 10. and batting 1000.00. the Stout is my favorite as a guinness drinker , but I've enjoyed them all. 5 stars.“
