“We went to Peter Luger’s in Brooklyn to celebrate my son’s and my birthdays. Incredibly, it was our first time there. We will be back. Beautiful, old world atmosphere. The food was beyond delicious. Our waiters, Adi and Justin were friendly and professional. I read so many reviews that the wait staff was rude and cold. Don’t believe it for one second. All the waiters were attentive and checked to see how everything was going. Don’t miss the apple strudel and schlag. I’d give Peter Luger’s ten stars if I could. Can’t wait to return.“

“We dined at the Majors Restaurant in East Meadow. Dinner was delicious. I have no complaints about that. Here is my issue. Little, but it’s the principle. My husband ordered a cup of coffee after our $158 Dinner. The coffee came and when he put milk in it, I noticed it was really dark. I tasted it. WOW it was burnt, old & muddy. I called the waiter over and asked for a new brewed cup of coffee. He came back with a cup from the SAME pot. Normally I would of just moved on & left it. But when the bill came we were charged $3.50. For 1 cup of burnt coffee? Sorry it was the principle. If you are going to charge your clients $3.50 for a cup of coffee, invest in a Keurig where every cup is fresh. You make a great margin per cup?“

“I went with my wife for our anniversary celebration of our engagement. I called ahead to make a reservation. We were seated with a wait time of only about a minute or so. We had a very polite, knowledgeable and friendly waiter by the name of Jacob. He was great! We started with some toasted bread and garlic and red pepper flakes in oil(FREE!). Jacob gave us good recommendations as it was the first time we were dining there. The Beef dumplings and Duck spring rolls were crispy and not oily. The sauces were also good. I had the Prime Steak and my wife the BBQ Brisket Steak sandwich and we shared them. The Prime steak had a great balance of flavor and meat and the BBQ was a really nice sandwich. For me even though the bread was crispy, I would have topped the BBQ with something fried for texture appeal like a spicy fried onion rings. The drinks were good as well. They have a nice washing station in the back where you can wash before eating bread. Prices were what I expected as the big cushy booths and cloth napkins as well as the atmosphere are not found in most places. If not for the fact that we were at a table between two tables and some people decided to squeeze in to say hello to the people to my left and suddenly I have two rear ends in my face I would have given a better review for atmosphere.That and the men's room floor was not so clean as I expected.“

“Harley's American Grille Restaurant in Farmingdale is great place for Lunch, Brunch or Dinner. The place has been redone with a really nice decor. Menu is not extensive but offers a lot of great options. We had the Chicken Sandwich and the Wild Mushroom Ravioli.- both were delicious. They offer a Wine List. The service was awesome and Jesse our server was just amazing. Parking is hard in the Village but there are large metered parking lots behind all the stores.“

“I was here a few weeks ago and was served by Natalia. The food was excellent, the usual standard when you get Ruth’s Chris. It’s a good meal, comfy environment and not too crowded. This place was renovated not too long ago, so the interior is all brand new. My only complaint was I had ordered a bottle of wine, and my server did not bring an ice bucket, and did not refill any of our glasses-only the initial pour from opening the bottle. Aside from that, I was happy with my visit and will return. I used to be a regular here before the renovation.“
