“Seriously the BEST bagels EVER!! We're from California and I grew up eating bagels and deli... there are no bagels that even compare to Utopia bagels.
Service was excellent, took a little while as it was SO busy but it was absolutely worth the wait!! Obviously amazing when locals are lined up out the door to get bagels.
We were waiting for our order and the nicest man with a New York accent asked our boys if they've ever had a fresh bagel out of the oven, we of course said No, and he gave them a fresh, hot bagel that was to die for!!
My only negative is that we don't have a Utopia bagels in California hahah! Let me know when you want to open one near me!🤩“

“We had the best experience ever with this bakery - the cake was included in our venue pricing through this bakery, and I can definitely see why! Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! We even asked for an extra birthday cupcake for our nephew to have on the day of the wedding, and they made it sooo cute! (wish I could figure out how to add a picture here... It was SO pretty!!!)“

“I have been going here for years how long I used to babysit for Danny and his brother. The food is delicious. The soups are amazing. Chicken cutlets are delicious. I really haven’t had anything here. I didn’t love.

Dietary restrictions: You can ask not to put extra salt in certain things and I find the soup is not salty. They’re pretty accommodating with everyone.“

“Avellion's pizza is delicous. My husband is a pizza snob and we found Avellino's and he has been loving it. We used them for an event and they were able to deliver the pizzas to the Garden City Mini Golf Course and everything was perfect. “I'm not really an ice cream person unless it's exceptional and tastes homemade. Astoria doesn't have many places that sell good ice cream, but Ample Hills is an exception. It has delicious ice cream and fun flavors, and they let you taste samples. So far, all the flavors I've had or sampled have been excellent, though I'm partial to the coffee flavors and butter pecan. I do wish they had more sorbet flavors for those of us who prefer sorbet over ice cream. The only sorbet they have right now is mango. But still, if you're really into ice cream, this is the perfect place!“

“We love Crema so much. ❤️ With many coffee shops to choose from in the area, we choose Crema every time. We also love the sandwiches and avo toast, and recently started getting their beans for at-home. Most of all we love the customer service. It’s so nice to be greeted like a familiar friend in a city that is often too busy for such interactions. The dedication the owners have to the establishment is noticed in every detail of the experience.

By the way, they make their own chai and it’s really good. ??
