“Donovan’s Pub is owned by 2 Woodside gentlemen. The staff is amazing friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is absolutely delicious and great portions. They have the Best Burger in NYC. It’s the best burger I have ever had. They have awesome live music every weekend on their brand new stage. Their lineup of musicians is the best around. I’ve been going there for 50+ years and I highly recommend Donovan’s Pub in Woodside NY.“

“This bakery offers anything and everything you can think of. Tons of cookies, cakes, sweet treats, and coffees. The coffees had the longest wait. I wanted a double cappucino, thinking it was a double shot of espresso, but it was actually double the amount, so it was a huge portion!
I enjoyed a guava pastry which was yummy!
There's seating in the back and free wifi, although no bathroom for customers.“

The warm and kindness of the whole team makes you feel like HOME. Go for the pan de bono, guava chicharrón, cranberry scone, guava croissants, and dare to try more and more! “We had the best experience ever with this bakery - the cake was included in our venue pricing through this bakery, and I can definitely see why! Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! We even asked for an extra birthday cupcake for our nephew to have on the day of the wedding, and they made it sooo cute! (wish I could figure out how to add a picture here... It was SO pretty!!!)“

“Great food and margaritas. We got the tuna ceviche and fish tacos to start. Both were really delicious. I’m not a vegan but the kale enchiladas looked interesting so I ordered them and my partner got the skirt steak. Everything was amazing and you can tell the dishes are made with high quality ingredients. We had the tres leches and flan for dessert. Both were super tasty and unique. The tres leches was made with saffron and flan had peaches and basil. Delicious meal! Palenque is a great gem in the neighborhood.“

“We LOVED Arepas Cafe. We heard about it from the Taste Buds series on TikTok, and it did not disappoint. The vibe / atmosphere is so fun, the staff is friendly, and the food comes out hot and FRESH. An order of empanadas and one arepa was plenty of food for two. This was a wonderful little neighborhood spot and I would highly recommend!“

“I have been going here for years how long I used to babysit for Danny and his brother. The food is delicious. The soups are amazing. Chicken cutlets are delicious. I really haven’t had anything here. I didn’t love.
Dietary restrictions: You can ask not to put extra salt in certain things and I find the soup is not salty. They’re pretty accommodating with everyone.“

“It’s so clean here, I even posted it on TikTok. The man at the front counter was super helpful and the prices are worth it! They even have combo meals for certain items like the hot dog combo which was amazing, it came with hot dog, fries and a soda! It’s sanitary compared to other places. Definitely 10/10 recommendation. They don’t play with the food when it comes to here. They have plant based options if you don’t eat meat and even gluten free options. EDIT: I forgot to add, it’s also HALAL“

“I’ve been coming here for many years. Love the fresh hot bagels when it comes right out of the oven. The menu option is vast, and definitely can’t get to taste every single item on it, (even though I it’s very tempting to try it all). Try it at least once, you will be coming back for more.“
