“This was my first time coming here as a suggestion from a friend. but at that time was googling for some desi chai happened to be the same restaurant that my friend suggested once. Very comfortable environment.

When i was searching for halal food and some chai in the area didn't even know there was a Desi Pakistani restaurant. Cooco's Den .Ordered an Aloo paratha with chai eventhough it was almost the lunch time was really hungry. the owner was very nice...still made me a delicious home made paratha along with a karak chai it was amazing! ? Thank you!! Definitely will be coming back ?“

“As a customer at Gyros & Wings Paradise, I have to say, it’s become my new favorite spot! The moment I walked in, the delicious smells hit me, and I couldn’t wait to dig in. Vegetarian options: I think you can eat vegetarian and if you are not sure ask and they will give you options that are best for you.

Parking: They have free parking, it always has a spot for me when I go there.

Kid-friendliness: Yes the staff us very nice, take time to speak to you about your order to make it just right. I like that too

“it was amazing!! The proportions of the chicken and rice were in large amounts. The chicken was cooked well and the rice was soft. The salad on the side was very fresh. Overall I recommend this place for kids and adults. The spice levels canbe altered by asking for little hot sauce and more white sauce. The price is affordable and it is ready in less than 10 minutes.“

“Great new Halal place in the neighborhood that sells delicious Halal over Rice or pita as well as Tikkas, Koftas and Falafel. These are large portions as well. In addition they have wings, burgers, wraps, milkshakes, ice cream, and kulfi.

The inside is very clean and they have a good amount of seating.

I recently got the Chicken Kofta over Rice and Salad and a bit of pita. Really delicious and a large portion. I saw a couple of people there who were eating the Halal Chicken over rice, and the Falafel over Rice. It seemed like a large portion. The cooks and the grill is behind a glass window near the entrance, where you can see them making it, as well as the toppings and sauces you want to add to your meal.

I think this is my new go to Halal spot in the neighborhood.“

“Four Bros Halal has really great food and service. The employees greeted us and we felt very welcome. I got the combo lamb and chicken over rice and it was really good. The best I’ve had in awhile. I buy about 5 chicken burgers a week from them, 4 out of 5 times they ARE a little tough, as they probably have been sitting out for a while.

The Spicy Hot Chicken Meal, is excellent. You just need lots of sauce for it, as it is dry rub. Great for the price.

Mashed potatoes are amazing, just wish there was more gravy, and the biscuits lacked flavor. But great consistency, temp and quality.“

“The Jerk chicken platter and hot wings make this halal stand out compared to others. Always have to get one or the other. The fried fish is amazing as well. The Halal eats burger is fine dining quality.
The portions is outstanding for the price. Never been disappointed with any item.
There is a wait time for items that are not a platter due to being made fresh to order so be prepared for that.
I hope this place keeps its quality and stays open forever.

Parking: The store front is located on a corner with both sides being a no-standing bus stop. But it is Queens so of course if you’re just going to pick up the food it’s perfectly fine. But during busy times those spots may be taken which leads to parking all the way down by Dunkin’ Donuts or in the parking lot of Stop & Shop across the street.
I’be never had an issue but something to be aware of if you’re not from the area.“

“Sahara Grill is, without a doubt, the best halal food cart here in Hillside, Queens! I’ve been coming here to try all the carts for over 10 years, and I can confidently say that no other cart in the area comes close. There are three other halal carts around, but they simply don’t measure up. The difference is clear – while those other spots have rude staff and serve chicken over rice that often lacks flavor or even smells off, Sahara Grill gets everything just right. Despite this, I still got my order tasting fresh and arriving quick (<5 mins) and could see workers diligently cleaning in the kitchen and a younger man wiping down all the tables, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom. I had went inside the bathroom after he was done and it was spotless, something I would never expect to see from a fast food place.
