“Awesome little eatery.All of the food has been great. The owner caters to the individual crowd there.I would highly recommend it if you're in Wilson.Chicken wings charred with Vern's sauce is a must. The Mulder burger was delicious.“

“This was the perfect place for our group to enjoy a meal together. The food was excellent. We would recommend the soft pretzels and the bacon wrapped shrimp. Wish we lived closer so we could be there more often. Mike, the owner, is very friendly and made us feel like we were friends for years.“

“We went here on a Monday when you were staying at 4 Mile Creek State Park. Most other places were closed. We are so happy that we found the place. The wings were incredible! The service was awesome and the beer hit the spot. We were in the outdoor bar and cornhole leagues were going on. They also have pickleball courts. The locals were having a blast and the bartender kept up with everyone. We went to the anchor bar of the next day and tried their wings and I have to say that scruples beat them by quite a long shot. Better wings, way better service, and better prices. We also got the low down on Beef on Weck by Bill, a local. It may look a bit like a biker bar, but trust me it's a great place and they made us feel like we were welcome.“

“Someone knows how to cook !! You can tell by taking a look at the menu that someone has some kitchen skills. We stopped in a whim just looking for a pub/tavern atmosphere and were pleasantly surprised. Definitely coming back to try the weekly specials. They have the usual pub grub but they sneak in a couple of their homemade specials. Homey atmosphere. Can’t wait to try something else !“

“I have been enjoying this par 3 golf course for years. The course is well maintained and a fun place to play. The owners and staff are exceptional! The food is always delicious and I am particularly fond of their Garlic Parmesan baked fish. There is a full bar and friendly bartenders where you can relax after golf on their beautiful patio. I highly recommend Gothic Hill Golf course.“

“Great drink prices and good pub food. A nice place to sit outside for a meal. On the downside parking was tough to find a spot, it was self-service when ordering and unfortunately they forgot one of our food items and charged for an extra drink. In their defense, it was a busy bocce night and they were quick and agreeable to fix the mix ups.“

“I did not know burgers until I ate from here! I ordered the lock burger. Best burger i have had in my life. I cannot express how good it was. My wife ordered the Swiss burger and felt the same. We will be coming back here for years to come.It was our first visit and we ordered take out ahead of time. We wanted to scope the place out and get a feel for the place. We had been to other bars in town and didn’t feel comfortable. This place felt so welcoming and looks amazing on the inside.Cant wait to go back“

Try their wings with their specialty sauces! Karaoke on Thursday nights! The owners are great people, and always make you feel welcome!!“
