“My wife and I are pizza fanatics specifically Neapolitan style. A hybrid gas, wood fire grill that makes a near perfect pie. We split a Margherita and Mushroom pie.

The Cesar salad was great, a touch of lemon zest and crispy lettuce.

The meatballs were high quality and this is coming from a self proclaimed meatball master.

“We had the absolute best time visiting Frantonis! I found this pizzeria by googling pizza restaurants within walking distance from our hotel and Frantonis had a 💯 rating, so we made our way there. From the moment we walked in the door and saw the pizza lined shelves, the homemade sangria in mason jars, the smell of pizzas being baked and the friendly staff, we knew this was going to be a NY dining experience, not just a quick place to grab a bite to eat. And we weren’t disappointed. The food was incredible! We had a pizza feast and we even got to try the owners favorite’s. We highly recommend Frantonis and we will definitely be back again! 😋“

“Started with a Guinness, poured decently and $8 per pint.

Next up was the small cesar salad ($10). Generous amount of shaved parmigiana and the dressing was good. Optional fresh black pepper on top was nice.

And the star of the show…the Herb Baked Shrimp ($29). Genuinely one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. Shrimp were very large and the wild rice was seasoned wonderfully. The breading on the shrimp wasn’t too thick to overpower the dish.“

“We love everything about Sal's in Beacon and in Fishkill. The staff are some of the best I've experienced anywhere. They're welcoming and friendly, and they're kind to my kids. They greet everyone with hometown vibes when you walk into the store. It really feels like family! Their pizza is delicious too - we all have our favorites, but I prefer the BBQ chicken (for the sweet/tangy flavor combo) and margarita specialty slices. And of course we can't forget their wraps, sandwiches, etc... So many options from which to choose! Overall a great dining experience.“

“This place has been here for just about it’s whole existence. The pizza is as consistent as consistent can be in every single possible way. The slices are just the best, just grab a few napkins if you’re a slice folder, TRUST ME, and wrap the end that’s in your palm! The price is fair and they have a clean quiet place to just sit and eat. My grandson and I love stopping in for lunch!“

“J & F is, by far, one of the best pizzerias in the City of Newburgh. It is responsible for the inspiration of the fictional Little Nero's Pizza for the Home Alone movies. J & F Pizza is also an equivalent to Manhattan's Ray's Pizza, which also serves pizzas.“

“I liked the vibes, calm environment and really nice lighting (I love in between bright and dim in restaurants), food came out fast but granted it wasn’t very busy and it was kinda late. The cappuccino was definitely not a cappuccino though it was just a coffee lol, but that’s the only complaint.“

“I really enjoyed my dinner here! I stopped in after doing some work for a quick bite to eat and ordered the chicken quesadilla which was fresh and exactly what I was craving. I honestly overate because it was just that good! It came with three sides; salsa, sour cream and guacamole. I'm particular about my guacamole but there's was perfect👌. The restaurant is clean, easy to get to and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. I didn't wait too long for my dinner and they were on the ball with staying on top of drinks and checking in. “We needed a place for a special dinner for about 15 people after a funeral. Even though the "fancier" part of the restaurant is generally only open at night, Danny (the owner) opened early for us in the middle of the afternoon. The food was delicious. The service was attentive, but not overbearing. This was important after a funeral because we all wanted to spend time talking and visiting with each other, not just eat and get out. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and antipasto plate for the table. Both were so good we had to get another batch of each. Everyone ordered what they wanted from the menu, so we had a wide range of dishes. Everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy what they ordered. Good wine selection, too. They really took care of us. I highly recommend.“

The food... I just cannot believe how good it is! The creamed spinach is so fresh!! This was the best I have ever had! Mom had the quesadilla which had a perfect cheese blending with chicken and such wonderful guacamole. And the creme brulee was so creamy and balanced, it really knocked me out. “Until recently no other pizza could taste better than Marina's. The pizza used to have a softer crust, more oil and more taste. The crust is chewy and hard when I arrive home within 10 minutes from the restaurant. I look forward to tasting the original recipe.“
