“My family and I loved this place. We all ordered very different things, and they were all very fresh and tasty. EVERYTHING was delicious including my horchata. Pasta was good. Bean soup was good. Breakfast was good and tacos were good. The waitress was VERY friendly and accommodating. Prices are reasonable and there was plenty of parking. We are definitely coming back.“

“This is tucked in along the main drag in Beacon and is welcoming for a good beer on a warm day. I stopped here with friends after a kayaking trip. The salsa was good but not spicy and the chips were excellent with good crunch. The ceviche was good though lots of liquid. I also got a Michelada but they didn’t give you the rest of the beer so that made me sad. The portions are big and the prices pretty good. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal- enchiladas, skirt strip steak, shrimp/chicken/steak fajitas, and al pastor tacos. I think things could have been a little more seasoned/spiced but everything was still good and hit the spot. Venue to friendly for families and accessible for all. Overall I’d certainly come again and I’d recommend. Street parking is probably the best though there’s a pay to park lot in the back.“

“Mina’s Spanish Kitchen does not have Mina’s Spanish Kitchen the building! It is located in the strip mall where the movie theater use to be. Walden Bank across from the cemetery is where Mina’s is located and your GPS will have you confused“
