“This is tucked in along the main drag in Beacon and is welcoming for a good beer on a warm day. I stopped here with friends after a kayaking trip. The salsa was good but not spicy and the chips were excellent with good crunch. The ceviche was good though lots of liquid. I also got a Michelada but they didn’t give you the rest of the beer so that made me sad. The portions are big and the prices pretty good. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal- enchiladas, skirt strip steak, shrimp/chicken/steak fajitas, and al pastor tacos. I think things could have been a little more seasoned/spiced but everything was still good and hit the spot. Venue to friendly for families and accessible for all. Overall I’d certainly come again and I’d recommend. Street parking is probably the best though there’s a pay to park lot in the back.“

“Mina’s Spanish Kitchen does not have Mina’s Spanish Kitchen the building! It is located in the strip mall where the movie theater use to be. Walden Bank across from the cemetery is where Mina’s is located and your GPS will have you confused“

“I took a day trip to Cold Spring via the Seastreak ferry. The restaurant caught my eye initially because of the clothing and gift items that were displayed outside. I found a beautiful reversible Shanghai Tang embroidered jacket, and took it inside to purchase. Inside the restaurant were more gifts and clothing for sale. The owner was very pleasant. The restaurant smelled great, so I decided to order food. I had the spicy chicken, pork and beef with white rice. It had the right amount of spice, and the portion was large enough that I had leftovers. If you find yourself in Cold Spring, I highly recommend a visit to New Ming Moon. You may just find a hidden treasure.“

“Let me start with how well everything tasted and cooked. The fried rice was great and well done, I have to say if you buy a combo its for 1 person , they dont over fill the container. The fried chicken wings was good also. Chicken broccoli was amazing not filled with sauce perfect. The best part was the boneless spare ribs, they really broiled them, they have a little burnt to them but thats how they need to be, not filled with sweet sauce , the flavor is all there. This for me is the top chinese in this area. NOTHING was soggy everything was fresh. Will definitely order again. Food was so good I forgot to take a picture. I will call , this place gets so busy.
