“I was greeted by the most pleasant, professional young lady named Ayanna. She immediately brought us to the table of our choice and then inform us that she would also be our server. She did not leave until she informed us of menu options that she thought we might be interested in and asked us if there was anything that we needed right away. When I told her to give us a little bit of time, she pleasantly agreed and did hesitate to frequently check on us to see if she could meet our needs. I ordered a cocktail for myself and a drink for my son, who accompanied me, and we placed our dinner order. Our food was served promptly and it was hot and delicious. Throughout dinner, she checked on us frequently to ensure we had everything that we needed. She also made pleasant conversation which I greatly appreciated as this was my first time at an Applebee’s location. She has gained you a customer for life. The food and the atmosphere was wonderful, but Ayanna definitely may be experience worthwhile.“

“As always I give this restaurant 5 stars. Met friends for dinner on Sunday night. The service is exceptional. All of us had something different and we all enjoyed our food. My friend did a price fixed with filet of sole and said it was delicious. The brussel sprouts appetizer was excellent. We also started with fried calamari, though small portion, was good. I had a hamburger which was huge with the onions and musrooms. The burger was cooked to perfection. The other two in our party also finished their food. It was very quiet so we were able to communicate easily with our friends.“

They don't take reservations for outside (understood). Every time we arrive - we are told it will be 3 days (exaggeration) before a table will be available. We are seated inside. Two tables almost immediately leave plus one table is empty and obviously reserved. As a hostess, you should know who is done with dessert / ready to pay their bill. The way they handle outside seating is frustrating. All that said, our food was fabulous. The pork chop, salmon and cod - all excellent. Our server Alex, was friendly and attentive. He helped make the night as servers can do. I can't wait to eat my leftovers!“

“We came here on a thurs even around 6pm...Was pretty crowded but got a table in the middle..The sound level is pretty high at 3/4 capacity but somehow you seem to flow with it because of the atmosphere... People enjoying good mex food are more enjoyable to be around for some reason..anyway...lighting as with most place is difficult to read menu but once the order was in,alot of fun...I noticed the food to be very FRESH...I immediately tasted that in the beans on my Mexican special and the Flautas,chimichanga etc were all delicious stuffed and perfectly cooked!..Fajita steak was so nicely marinated and charred but med inside..Perfect!..Wait staff were all very pleasant....I enjoyed my visit and will defin visit during a slow day,maybe lunch for a lil more quiet....“
