“I visit this Dunkin’ location frequently and always receive great service. The staff are extremely friendly and service is always very quick in the drive through. I have never had an issue with any of my orders here. The prices at this Dunkin’ are very fair and I find them to be cheaper than alternative locations nearby. Highly recommend!“

“This review is long overdue. This location is the only location that I’m willing to visit these days. Their donuts are always fresh and their staff are polite and courteous. Jess particularly is a sweet person. Whenever I go there, Jess knows exactly what I want and has everything picked out before I can place my order. It’s incredible to know that as busy as mornings are at Dunkin she finds the time to make my experience as a customer so personal. She always greets me with a smile and such a cheery attitude. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and no matter how rough a morning you’re having you can’t help but to smile back. People like her are hard to come by with her innate ability to shift your entire morning and set the tone for the rest of the day. Hats off Jess!!! You’re one of one!!! 🥳“

“I’ve been going to this location to replace going to the location on Columbia turnpike for about 10 years now. They have ALWAYS been so friendly here, usually the ladies that work in this location are super friendly, happy to have a quick conversation and do anything they can to make your experience pleasurable. “Hands down the slowest dunkin in upstate. It's always a 20-25 minute commitment choosing this location, regardless of how many customers are in line. Workers are nice but there is zero sense of urgency even when there's a line of cars out to the road and customers filling the lobby.
Update: They must've gotten a whole new crew since I first reviewed, so I am happy to update my review now that this location has done a 180 and is on par with other dunkin's speed through the drive thru!“
