“Hands down the slowest dunkin in upstate. It's always a 20-25 minute commitment choosing this location, regardless of how many customers are in line. Workers are nice but there is zero sense of urgency even when there's a line of cars out to the road and customers filling the lobby.
Update: They must've gotten a whole new crew since I first reviewed, so I am happy to update my review now that this location has done a 180 and is on par with other dunkin's speed through the drive thru!“

“I visit this Dunkin’ location frequently and always receive great service. The staff are extremely friendly and service is always very quick in the drive through. I have never had an issue with any of my orders here. The prices at this Dunkin’ are very fair and I find them to be cheaper than alternative locations nearby. Highly recommend!“

“It's dunkin donuts, go have a donuts! Sometimes the younger crew lacks their attention to detail, like selling people very dirty gift cards or no cheese (on the receipt/order) means no egg. Overall they are quick and you can't go wrong with a good coffee.

“Had my usual 6:00 am stop at the drive thru today. More than the normal line of cars. When I got to the order board I got my normal greeting, but was told it will take a little longer. Because the employee was the only employee on the store. I was ok with that. When I got to the window the employee was in tears and thanked me for being so nice. She said all other customers were being mean. I believe the employee did a great job and should be shown some type of appreciation. She was very quick to get all orders taken prepared and put the window.“
