“I live upstairs from the deli but that doesn't make me biased thay have really good sandwiches I have had both hot and cold sandwiches... The first sandwich I had from them was a grilled chicken on a roll it was good then I had Honey turkey on a wedge it was very good but then I had a breakfast sandwich yesterday and it was probably the best Bacon Sausage egg & cheese I have ever had the roll was grilled on both sides it was well cooked and seasoned I thoroughly enjoyed this sandwich the most.“

It is a bit tough finding vegetarian dishes here and I wish the restaurant kept at least one or two large vegetarian dishes that arent pork/beef broth based. “A really great BBQ experience. We've been driving past this place for years, never had the opportunity to stop in. Today we made a special trip just to check it out. Well worth it! Had the ribs, chicken, and shrimp combo with q side of beans and potato salad. Oh, and cornbread. Chicken and ribs falling off the bone, no need to use the knife. Shrimp are nicely sized, and coated in an excellent cornmeal batter. Sauce on the ribs and chicken is sweet and smoky, exactly what my ideal barbecue sauce would be. The wife had the pulled pork sandwich platter with a side of mac-n-cheese, all of which were excellent. The platter came with a tremendous amount of fries! This is a counter service establishment, and the girl behind the counter was upbeat and very friendly. The atmosphere is like of one of those Memphis homes that was converted into a restaurant; small amount of seating, and comfortable and friendly. Ok, one thing, no sweet tea available, but some Snapple tea with lemon is an acceptable substitute. Definitely coming back“

“This place has both Korean BBQ grill and traditional Korean dishes. Actually it has a surprisingly wide selection of traditional Korean dishes despite the name. Interior is nicer than most others. Service was great (they grill it for you table side). Parking available. Lunch specials too. Very comfortable and delicious spot. I will be back!“

“Fantastic food and service. This is exactly like the food I enjoyed at similar Chinese lamb skewer restaurants in Korea. I went in expecting to have to use Korean because a few reviews said no one speaks English, but instead I encountered non Korean servers and had to use English. They also spoke Spanish. There are menus available in Chinese, Korean, and English. You can get served here regardless of language. I highly recommend if you want something different from typical Korean barbecue. It’s also BYOB.“

The potato jeon is a modern take on a classic and will definitely be a favorite for anyone wanting to ease into trying Korean food for the first time. The vegetable bibimbap was also great, my only feedback on this was that the banchan came with a pork soup and I am Muslim. In the future, they might want to ask and offer an alternative soup or broth that is vegetarian to pair with the vegetable bibimbap. All together this was truly food that rivals the expensive Korean restaurants of New York. The more reasonable price point doesn't take from the quality of the food whatsoever. It feels very much like the recipes worked on with close attention and the environment reflects it as well. I'd recommend this place for a first date, a special occasion, or to eat a meal that fills your stomach and mind. I found myself excited to try banchan I'd normally overlooked like acorn jelly. “I love Cubbys! From the food to the staff, it is always a great experience eating there. The pulled pork and sliced steak sandwiches are my all time favorites and my usual go-tos. The restaurant has a very homey vibe to it and feels more welcoming than a lot of restaurants. The food is pricey, but they make up for it in portion size (massive) and food quality. “Another Google review visit and it was not too bad. Being from Texas, the bar is pretty high for BBQ.

The server recommended the sample platter that came with three meets and 2 sides. Got brisket, sausage, and baby back ribs. Brisket was pretty good, and the ribs had a little.smoke.ring on them. The sausage, on the other hand, was loaded with fennel seeds. Ate 1 piece, and that was all I could stomach. The garlic mashed potatoes were really flavorful. The sweet corn I couldn't get enough of, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Price was comparable to the portion sizes. However, when I got my check, I was charged a convenience fee of $.91. I should have asked why, but I was so put out about it that I did t ask what it was for.

Lots of tv's for viewing, but most of them were tuned I tp the Yankees game. Bar was full of coaches who knew better how to play the game. Fun to watch and hear them talk.

I would recommend this restaurant. Checked the box and once and done.“

“We had korean bbq. It was pretty costly, but the meat, as far as I can tell, wasn't cheap meat, so all was good.

They also give you a good variety or banchan and they'll make fried pork belly rice if you leave some pork belly pieces after having the kbbq (add. charge)“

“After not coming for a long while because of our experience… I am so happy we decided to come back! Damien was our waiter and he was PHENOMENAL!! The last time we came the service was not great, Damien completely changed how we feel about Kpot Englewood. He was very attentive, changed the grill every time it even appeared dirty, refilled waters regularly and checked on us numerous times. He had lots of tables but made us feel like we were the only ones he was taking care of! Food was great!“
