Chipotle Mexican Grill in Yonkers

“Let me preface this review by saying that this location is on the block that I live on. This is a very high volume area during peak hours like lunch and dinner.

I have been at this location for a total of 3 times. Once I ordered inside and twice I ordered on the app. During all encounters the customer service was good and the employees pleasant and nice. The pick up window was delayed once due to other people's orders.

With regards to wait time, I am used to having to wait at the McDonalds across the street for the last 10 years I've lived here; so a new establishment trying to get their bearings soon after opening doesn't bother me. Just plan to pick up at least 20 min after the pick up time to avoid disappointment. You can't control other people and their orders.

I am hoping that they work out the kinks in the next few months but it won't stop me from going.“
