“I will be honest, I haven’t eaten there yet but just had the greatest experience that restored my faith in humanity just a little bit. I was in the Akron area for training with TNVC and I assume my iPad was stolen. Today it pinged at someone’s house and then it pinged in the parking lot of the Basement a few hours after I locked it and left a message for the would be thief. I called and spoke with Stephanie, and after explaining what had happened she was king enough to walk to the parking lot while I pinged it. The thief had dumped my iPad in the dumpster, thankfully not too deep. I just wanted to say that Stephanie was amazing for being such a good person and helping someone with no expectation of receiving anything in return. Next time my family and I are in the Akron/waterloo area I will make sure I patronize The Basement if only to help repay a bit of the kindness shown! This is how a neighborhood restaurant does it!“

its a personal favorite ive been ordering from a couple months after they opened the canton rd. location. once i got my job, i mentioned them to my boss offhandedly because she was talking about a pizza party. we ended up ordering it, and now everyone at work loves the place as well! the owner came through our work once, and i got to talk to him and he's very polite.

“These guys knock it out of the park when it comes to pizza! The Neapolitan crust is so good and how often do you order mushrooms and find the real deal, fresh and not water logged canned? Yep, they take it to the next level. It’s a great pie!“

“Edit: 5 stars to 4, because the white pizza was very good. Maybe they ran out of brisket this weekend? I was really looking forward to enjoying my favorite pizza, but there was hardly any meat on it at all. The entire pizza had the amount of meat that one piece usually has. Also, I didn't taste any BBQ sauce. I wonder if they even gave me the correct pizza. I sure hope they didn't skimp because it was BOGO.

“Anything I've ever tried off the menu here has been delicious. They have specials for each day and I recommend trying the special of the day. Also they make great drinks ! I recommend the Jamaican Mule, I get it every time, it's delicious. Food wise you can't go wrong. The owner throws down in the kitchen, especially with the seafood and burgers. Talk about good seasoning, everything's seasoned delightfully. My favorites so far are the Shrimp Quesadillas (Tuesday is quesadilla day) , their Summit Lake fries and every Friday is fish Friday with a great deal on yellow tailed perch fried to perfection. This place is tastier than any sit down restaurant in the area trust me. 10/10“

“I recently ordered the Chicken Hibachi Combo Meal with Broccoli, Carrots, Onions, Zucchini, and Fried Rice with two additional Yum Yum Sauces. It was pretty good. I would order again. I particularly liked the Fried Rice with Vegetables.“

At another Pizza Hut I know they would have told me to take it up with corporate but not this one! They quickly made me the rest of my order without giving me any hassle ! They are awesome!“
