“what happened to your chicken??? I'm getting flat pieces of crust I pay 25+ for 2 meals and shakes unacceptable for what you charge. this has been at least 5 times. I should clarify im talking of main street, just seen someone sayb this was fair“

“Between Columbus and WV, this is the place to stop. Excellent service on a Sunday afternoon. The fries were hot and the sliders were tasty.
The coke freestyle was great. Also, having the condiments out to select what you wanted was such a win. Thank you for trusting the customer to take what they need.
The automated napkin dispenser was a first for us and was just delightful.“

“First time at Arby's in years and it reminded me why if had always been my favorite fashion food restaurant. The double beef & cheddar was excellent - unfortunately, the curly fries were the 'feashest', but still better than the burger places.“

“I love this wendys. I casually stop here after work on my way home and nobody ever seems grouchy. I do Interact with new employees sometimes when I come there. A lady name Sara without an H they said lol , who I've never seen there before.... She made me a sandwich that I thought they would think was weird....but she did it for me and was happy to do it. First sandwich was wrong chicken and she gladly fixed the chicken I paid for and didn'tgive any attitude,
She wanted to make sure i was happy. When I tell you this sandwich was what I was wanting to taste...it was the best sandwich I've ever had from Wendy's. Thank you Sara and all the employees that heard what I wanted. Great staff“

“Not sure if they got new staff, but service and food was great today! Our waitress, Dawn, was outstanding. She helped us along with others tables when they needed help and the front register. She was professional, sweet and checked all the food before bringing it out to customers. She’s definitely management material in our eyes!“

“Rally's has really lost it's human touch. nothing can replace a human recording the order. Having a automatic machine doing it is such an awful idea. each item I tried to orde the machine would Interrupt me after each item asking me if there was more. IF it would have shut up and let me finish my order there would have been more. Do not give the short staff excuses, if staff is able to stand out on B side and smoke a cigarette, then clearly they have enough man power to take an order. There was NO other cars. I will be back, for a walk up order only.“

“If you had asked me to rate the place a few months ago it would have been a 5/5 Now not so much. I've watched employees take the best parking spots. Which saddens me as I watch the senior citizens struggle to walk across the parking lot. Trade e-cigs out side back and forth like you would joints then go back to work without washing their hands. I've even watched an employee's scuzzy friends go to the counter and supply her with cigarettes they brought inside already lit and got several puffs then pass it back. They had a massive laugh over it and they left, she went back to the line without hand washing. Idk far to much is becoming questionable.“

“I usually order a cold cuts sub, they don't have the same one anymore. I ordered an Italian? Sub. It was so spicy & hot! Even after taking off the very few jalapeno peppers. My husband ordered the Pizza sub, light sauce. His was the same way , spice and hot. Very disappointed!! The employees where very friendly, helpful, polite, and nice!! Can't say enough good things about them!!“
