“We took our ball team for ice cream after a game. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! Beautiful store and very clean! My daughter left her backpack and basketball in the store. We live 1 1/2 hours from the Amelia, Ohio store so the owner took time out of his day and shipped the bag to us!! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! Thank you!!“

“Every time we come here and go through the drive thru everyone is very polite and nice and the food is hot and delicious. It's definitely gotten better than it used to be at this location. So glad they brought Potato cakes back. We stopped going to Arbys when they stopped serving them. We don't care for the curly fries or regular fries. I hope they continue to have them. If not we'll stop going again. It's one of our favorite things they serve at Arbys.“

“I got the double bacon cheese burger. And it was 1 of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had. The flavor of the burger and the juices was absolutely amazing. It was cooked perfectly. The fries were also amazing. Especially for normal regular crinkle cut fries.“

“It's 9:30 your crew is killing it. This combination of people work great together. Don't spilt them up. When it's busy the communication between them is incredible. They had 8-10 customers when I came in to the store and really had the energy turned up. Fun to watch.“

It’s efficient without feeling rushed, friendly without feeling fake.
