My dog recently passed away and I truly think she’s Heaven sent. That girl is one amazing worker who truly cares about her job AND the environment and atmosphere for the customers.“

They are compassionate understanding and showed up for my family. My family expressed to me how delicious everything was. “It's good I like the skinny french fries but it could be a bit cleaner inside, there was not a lot of customers at the time but a lot of tables and floor was dirty. Other than that tasty burger and fries. Kids like the kids meal options. Unique shakes and sides like cheese curds.“

Unfortunately, recently, my son was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer and we have been admitted into rainbows, baby and children’s in Cleveland for the next five weeks they started chemo therapy early on him, so it made his appetite, not so great but he loves Rita’s and my brother drove 40 minutes to our hometown Elyria to get him a gallon of Rita’s and bring it out to the hospital to him and we had a Rita’s party so thank you for providing amazing Italian ices because it really made my sons day.“

“I have ordered two custom cakes within the last two weeks. First one was an edible image cake and the order was taken very last minute but they were very accommodating and very kind, great service. Second cake I ordered was a design I sent of inspiration for the cake and it was executed to perfection. The second cake was absolutely amazing, and couldn’t ask for anything better. Cake decorator is amazing!! Staff are all so kind, polite, and the atmosphere is great every time I come in and every time I call!“

“Might just be one of the best burgers from a fast food joint that I have ever eaten. The Pretzel Bits were almost as good as the burger. I could eat those all day long. Service was very good and the tables were clean.
I highly recommend Culver's for my overall positive experience and a sublime burger! Will definitely be back.
