“I live near Vermilion . I called this deli for assistance. My Aunt just died. I wanted to send her family food to ease their daily burden during this difficult time. This deli showed up and put out. They are compassionate understanding and showed up for my family. My family expressed to me how delicious everything was. If you are in need during a family life event you should consider this establishment. They truly, went out of their way to accommodate my family during a time of grief.“

“So yummy, friendly staff and super clean. I got the mocha sundae - amazing! And my hubs got strawberry and wild berry crunch scoops. He said “this wild berry crunch is amazing” like 12 times so we enjoyed it! Staff was super friendly and let me sample a flavor. Will come back during our next Cleveland visit.“

“Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by a smiling staff member who guided me to the counter. However, I noticed a worker that during busy times, impatience can sometimes manifest in short responses to customers or a hurried demeanor. While she strives to maintain efficiency, her impatience can sometimes overshadow the friendly atmosphere that Fenik prides itself on.“

“I wanted to send a shout out to Elaine for working with me on ideas to get Rita's Italian Ice to my family reunion! The tubs of Italian ice (complete with cups, spoons, and scoopers) were a HIT! There were many positive comments and I was told to bring more again next year!“

“I love coming to this place! The yogurt is really good and there's always at least one non-dairy option, which I really appreciate. The toppings bar is fantastic, with so many choices. The place is super clean and everything is always fresh. Also, the woman here is always so nice and welcoming. It's such a great spot and I highly recommend it to everyone!“

“I just went there literally 5 seconds ago and i just have to compliment them. The staff at 8:20 pm on aug 13 were so unbelievably fast and efficient. they were on the mark. lowkey a ton of people came in out of no where and they had it handled in seconds. you had to be there to truly understand how hard they were working. my blizzard was so fire, whoever made it put their back into it. it’s was the best blizzard i ever had.“

“We have lived in the area for over 30 years When it was a Dairy Queen it sponsored many boys and girls softball teams. Then his daughter took over and change the name to honor her dad. She is a very kind person and a very nice boss my Son has worked for her for many years. She has taught him how to make novelty ice cream and to use the deep fryer. “My favorite Crumble store!! Had a problem placing my order. Angie was so nice & helped me with my order using my rewards. Ordered a 4 pack & accidentally ordered a different cookie from what I wanted. Taylor was so nice & switched it out for me. Now that's customer service!!

“Might just be one of the best burgers from a fast food joint that I have ever eaten. The Pretzel Bits were almost as good as the burger. I could eat those all day long. Service was very good and the tables were clean.
I highly recommend Culver's for my overall positive experience and a sublime burger! Will definitely be back.

“Husband and I love Mitchell’s. Diverse flavors that all taste good. Literally have not tried one ice cream that didn’t taste as described. I’ve expanded my “regular “ ice cream order because it’s so hard to choose everyone we go in. Love that they do seasonal flavors. Workers are always polite and helpful.“
