“My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. He ordered the curry and rice with chicken and I ordered the classic bibimbop with bulgogi beef. Our entrees were served with miso soup, which usually, I am not a fan. Theirs is amazing and I loved it! The staff was fast and very friendly, we were served very quickly. Our food was amazing! Beautifully plated and very fresh, amazing meals. We will definitely be back! Excellent experience.”

“I stopped here while heading up to Michigan to tour law schools, and had been looking forward to this place specifically as it had popped up on my TikTok a couple of times and seemed to have a good vibe about it. Needless to say, it met and exceeded all of my expectations. I like to chow down, and had the bulgogi tots, the tsundere pizza and a Rebecca's cruch mocktail. Everything was excellent and my server, Cassie, gave me free stickers after my meal as well. Cassie was polite and accommodating, and happy to answer questions I had about the food and was transparent about potential wait times because of how busy it was. I left full and satisfied, and am happy to recommend this place to any anime enjoyers.”

“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.”

“I 20,000,000% recommend Condado Taco at The Greene because of their Manager Brooke. She is the most genuine person I know who cares about each one of her guests. I was just there this past weekend and not only was she managing, but she was also hosting, delivering food & drinks and putting out fires left and right. The food and drinks are incredible to begin with, but I’ll be back because of their Manager Brooke. Women in leadership positions are important and she’s a phenomenal example.”

“I let Finch know that, unfortunately, the last few times I’ve been through Seven Brew, my order was messed up and the service wasn’t the best. Finch was so understanding and helpful! They took the time to make sure my order was right and even gave me some great recommendations. I really appreciated how friendly and attentive they were. “my son and I eat at cherryhouse cafe Everytime we want to have a great meal and excellent service. we prefer to get our order to go and Chris always takes care of us. he provides the best service I have ever received at a establishment!!!!! they are always very busy but he still takes the time to be so kind and friendly. he works the drive thur the counter and helps everyone. on top of that all the employees are kind and smiling and very busy. I just hope the owner knows what a wonderful crew he or she or both know they have. and the quality is excellent. on top of that food is quickly delivered to us at the counter. just the whole vibe is perfect and Chris is amazing he really provided that extra kind word Everytime we come to the cafe. cherryhouse has the best food staff and environment hands down!!!!! thank you !!!!!! 💯 percent awesome!!!!!!”

Organic coffee (hard to find now days) and freshly baked goods (from bakery in the same building). Pour overs are amazing! They assist the care and needs of battered woman. What a great way to support their community and you get to contribute by supporting them. Wow! So grateful for this generous and caring establishment. They have rewards punch card system which is a good way to pay it forward. +++ New goto when in town. :)”

Besides the coffee tasting great, they have a fun menu with a wide variety of choices, each person working in there has level 10 customer service skills, and the place is immaculate! The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming and they even have a sweet little table and chairs for their youngest patrons! If you haven’t tried Reza’s in Beavercreek yet, give it a try…it will become your favorite hometown coffee spot!!❤️☕️?”

“Five Guys never disappoints! The burgers are always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how you like them, and the fries are absolutely delicious. The free peanuts are a fun bonus while you wait for your order!

While they don't offer a gluten-free bun, I've found a simple workaround. I order my burger to go and enjoy it on my own gluten-free bun at home. The burger itself is so good that it still makes for a fantastic meal.

If you're looking for a great burger, generous portions of fries, and a casual, friendly atmosphere, Five Guys is definitely worth the visit!”

“Hands down, I think DiBella's makes some of the best subs (both hot and cold) in the area. The amount of meat on the small subs is easily more than that on a Subway footlong (and MUCH better)! Management also seems to care about customers. When I recently wrote about an issue with being overcharged, I received a reply within an hour with an offer that MORE than compensated me for the difference. Keep it up!”

“Amazing General Tso's chicken. I love that they offer the option for white meat only. The pork fried dumplings are always perfect. The pork mei fun is amazing. I don't usually like lo mein, but I do like theirs. Anything fried is always nice and crisp. The vegetables always taste fresh. I loved the addition of pho and other noodle soup bowls. They're very good. Lots of vegetables and meat. The Schezuan noodle soup bowls has a nice level of spice. The bubble teas are good as well. Highly recommend. I think Asian King is the best Chinese place in this area.”

“This is the worst customer service of any Grater’s I have been to (Dayton and Columbus areas). The guy at the window was rude. My sundae was made incorrectly and when I requested they remake it the way I actually ordered it the server got an attitude. I would rather travel to Far Hill Ave location than ever return to the one in Beavercreek.”

“Took my husband and son for a quick breakfast and while the food was decent it was really concerning the chocolate milk that they had. It was icy which was to be expected since the cartons were sitting in ice, but I checked if before getting it to my 4 year old and it was disgusting. Weird slimy texture and bad taste...I told the server and it was kind of shrugged off. Not sure if it was a language barrier but I was trying to let them know so that they could remove the rest of the milks from the buffet..”

“We bought cupcakes for our sons birthday two years in a row now! Just a heads up for everyone, we got blue icing on his large cupcake, it was all over his shirt. Blue stains. We rinsed it overnight in water then threw it in the wash, no more stain! Whatever food coloring they use is easily removed from the wash.”

“Love the smoothies and the food. The customer service needs a bit of work. I ordered curbside and let them know as I walked in. The young lady said "we are just waiting on the smoothies." She walks away to tell the workers in the back. A young lady responds with "they are just going to have to wait." When I heard that, I was disappointed as there was no comment needed or at least say it so the customer can't hear or see you say it. I go to the Beavercreek location a couple times a month.”

Well today we went back and I am so glad we did!! Priscilla greeted us after the issue we experienced and made us feel welcomed and the breakfast pizza was actually the best I've had from here by far!! Thank you!! “Let me start out by mentioning my 80 pound Bermese Mountain Dog has just gotten spayed earlier that morning. After picking her up from the vet. I thought I would stop at Starbucks to get her a water and a treat for her being such a good girl after having a major surgery just a spur of the moment thought. I was in the drive though for about five minutes. When I start to place my order, Smoke immediately starts coming from the hood of my car and it turns off. I immediately told employee taking my order he ran outside to my rescue. I was able to get my car to restart long enough to pull in a parking spot. He stopped traffic to make sure I got a spot close to the door. He got on the ground and told me that was car was leaking fluid. He thought it wouldn’t be safe for myself and 80 pound to sit in my car and wait for assistance. They would be more then happy to break policy and have us both sit inside the store to escape heat. I thanked him. Inside I then go to place my normal summer drink which a Passton Tea Lemonade Sweetend with extra lemonade and lite ice and a water for my puppy. I reach to pay and the employee said that this one is on us today. I said no it was not necessary and with no hesitation again she said No this one is on us. The moral of my story is that if I didn’t decide to stop for our drinks who knows what gould have happened to us. No detail is too big or too small. I will always return back to that particular Starbucks and they will always receive my business.”

“Very creative orders ordering scheme you have to pick a bag that you want if you want chicken or steak or whatever they serving and you put all of your ingredients on the bag like write them on the bag and then give them the bag and they'll make your sandwich to your specifications I love which witch very very creative”

“We placed a curbside order at 555 pm which was supposed to be ready at 615. I got to the restaurant at 615 and called to let the restaurant know I was there and what parking spot I was in. The lady who answered my phone informed me they were running behind and it would be 20 or 30 minutes before my food was ready. When I inquired what was the problem I was told they have more customers in the restaurant than the wait staff or cooks can handle. She told me the manager was trying to get the numbers of and overwhelming the staff. I waited in my car and called back at 645. Funny thing is the first girl I talked to never told anyone I was waiting. At 652 I walked into the restaurant because no one brought my food out. I asked for the manger and a black guy with a bushy goatee. He refused to tell my how long my food had been ready after he walked over and looked at the computer screen. I asked again and he automatically said he was canceling my order. Again I asked how long it had been sitting there. At that point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. That’s when he told me he’d let his GM know and that if I didn’t leave he would call the police.”

“Well, very disappointed today. We walk into Chili's and manager tells us there's no bar tender. We decided to wait then we noticed that all of the tv's have been removed from the bar. Why would a place remove tvs during March madness especially in the bar area?”

“Four of us had lunch there today. Our only issue was after being seated, we had to wait at least 15 minutes before someone waited on us. We actually had to wave a server over. After that, service was great. It was a bit loud due to some large groups, but that is the norm at lunchtime. Two of us had pizza which looked different than pizzas we have had there in the past. They were hot and delicious, just a different look.”
