“After placing a on the mobile app for the Oxford location in Alliance and they didn't have my order and refused to make my sandwiches after showing them charge for my order and was told to call corporate. I called my cousin upset he told me to call the other locations here in Alliance to make sure I had the right location. I contacted this location 1st and I spoke with a young lady by the name of Kelly and I told her my situation and she didn't hesitate to help me. She said well if you come here I'll be more than welcome to make them for you; I'll reach out to my manager. I arrived and she was the nicest person I have encountered at a Subway. I showed her the charge for my order. She made our sandwiches with a smile and was very kind. I will now go to this subway.“

“Best sandwiches in TOWN, HANDS DOWN! Recently my boyfriend and I went in and I ordered our two sandwiches. Like the big dummy I can be sometimes, I ordered the wrong sandwich, at 13$+ and didn't realize until it was basically being wrapped...
