“My wife and I wandered into this place on a Sunday night after a concert at Baldwin-Wallace University. Nothing else was open and we weren't sure what we would find. What we found was an incredibly welcoming place. The kitchen was closed so we ordered drinks, which were fantastic. After talking with the bartender, and sharing our respective heritages of Poland and Alabama, he kindly fired up the grill and prepared a special batch of pierogis. They were the best pierogis I had had since childhood. Many thanks for the warm hospitality and excellent food and drink. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable time.“

“Our meal was great! Kid-friendly. Great service! Comfortable local restaurant that was moderately busy, but not packed and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Trivia night. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Rice bowl with chicken, boneless wings, burger, and turkey Rachel sandwich. Ryan brought out our apps and kept checking on us. “So many enjoyable aspects! I really wanted to love the broccoli melt, and perhaps my comments are limited to my experience ... the hoagie roll was several steps beyond a nice chew. It was hard. And the roasted broccoli was just barely roasted. Will try again. With those two adjustments, I am sure it is outstanding.“

“I tried this place for the first time and EVERYTHING was amazing!!! The decor when you walk in. I came on a Thursday and they have karaoke night ! I thought that was cool and I didn’t know this initially. I came for the restaurant/rooftop. We went upstairs and they had a good playlist of songs , the food was amazing !!!! Absolutely delicious. I order the fire roasted shrimp as appetizer and it was so good when the veggies !! Although it said fire it wasn’t hot at all. It was Made just right . I ordered the chicken and waffles as my entree . Chicken was cooked perfect and the hot honey syrup was good as well . We also order the BBW wings and fries which were good too. I tried the green apple slushy mixed with the peach one and added my choice of liquor ! Delicious!!! Our sever Tone was great ! I will definitely be back. It’s a LBGTQ restaurant and they have drag brunch on Sundays ! I’ll be going to check it out . I’ve always wanted to go to one and now I do ??“

“What a great place! My wife's been here several times before but this was my first chance to join her. I love the space and the concept, and the owner was super friendly and answered my many questions about the business and the beer.
One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that there were several beers that I would have never ordered normally, but since it was by the ounce I was able to do a lot of sampling and found that I enjoyed a couple more than I would have guessed. Great place to expand your beer palate!“

“I love this place. Truly. Mel is one of my favorite people in the world, and to have her as a bartender is even better. Lin is also another definite stand out.Great food, good drinks. It being a trucker bar can be kinda hit and miss with the people. I’ve had great conversations and times with people here, and sometimes it makes you wish these guys would just stay in the truck, and keep the clowning to 19.But hey! Such is life. “This is a cool bar, they have a couple pool tables and dart boards kind of tucked away upstairs. They have a touchtunes jukebox. The Bartenders are always very friendly and quick. It is a smaller place so on busy nights the parking lot fills up completely and there may not be seats available but that's great for business. I haven't had their food so I can't say anything about that. I've been there a handful of times and will be back again.“

“Stopped in for the Saturday steak special was not disappointed. The steaks were delicious sides are huge you could swap the baked potato for anything, you get a side salad too, we also had cheese curds. Service was good. It was packed the bar is a bit tight but worth the wait.“

“Cheap drinks, karaoke a group of amazing friends? You can’t go wrong with this place. I feel like is a great option to start or end the night with friends. The bar can get loud so if you want a nice sit down place this may not be the spot as people loudly screaming karaoke cannot be avoided but it is entertaining! Highly recommend this dive bar if you want a space to share with friends and if you enjoy karaoke it’s perfect.“

“Drinks at the Beach House on Tuesday evening. The Beach House was a great addition to the park - great views, enough seating. We caught the evening sun and a nice breeze. The drinks were a bonus, but we're very respectable, more than adequate for the beach.“

If you plan on going to the establishment on a busy night you will need to make a reservation because their seating area is a little small but allows for a more romantic atmosphere. However my wife and I choose to go on a Sunday night which didn't require a reservation. 2. Their homemade dipping sauces for myself were a little plaid except for the one that was just extremely spicy.“

“I really enjoyed this bar. It was a great place to have a couple of beers during happy hour for quite a cheap price.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating also. They gave me a few good recommendations on good food in the area.

As for the atmosphere, it was pretty lively with a good mix of people. The building seems a little old so the bar kind of has a dive feel to it. I mean that in a good way though. There is also some cool decor and a room with a pool table. There is also a shuffleboard table.

Overall, this place was a good place for me to get some cheap brews and wind down during happy hour.“
